Earlier I was thinking "the Cubs have had a lot of 10+ run games the 2nd half". So I looked at the 2nd half schedule and divvied it up.
The Cubs have scored 10 or more runs in 10 of their 42 second half games (10-0...obviously), so almost 25 percent of their games (which is nuts). They've scored 7-9 in 7 more games, going 5-2.
The Cubs are 24-18 in the second half, meaning they are 9-16 when scoring 6 or less. They are 6-7 when scoring 4-6, and 3-9 when scoring 3 or less. In all of the latter wins the Cubs scored 3 runs. Two of them required extra innings.
Basically the Cubs are mediocre to complete ass if they arent scoring a shit ton of runs. Hope those bats are ready again tonight.

Wrigley in September, this gonna be a fun one. Cubs been playing decent lately but Brewers just refuse to slow down, 85 wins already is wild. Hope Gasser can keep it together today, his last couple starts had me sweating.
