The west of burgh de rott shortcut and jump into mithril dragon cave aren't included in the list, I hope they are addressed as well!

For quetzal whistle, make sure you can use it while in the hunter guild which you currently can not. Currently if I get a rumour for tecu salamanders I can't use the whistle to get there fast. I first have to tele somewhere else from the hunter guild before using the whistle (get a message that you already are in the hunter guild)

Have you checked them out recently? The pathing and delays at the start point on both of those obstacles were smoothed out months ago. Their improvements have already been live for a while

When standing in front of it it takes about 15 seconds from click to until I can move again downstairs

Burgh de rott seems pretty fast so that was maybe changed. Though your character still backtracks which seems dumb

The jump for mithril dragons has been improved, before you couldn't click far away, you would get chat box messaging saying you should move closer.

As they got new engine support to move your character to known tile and then do the shortcut once you've arrived.

Mithril dragons used to be worse. You couldn't even click the whirlpool until you were on the dock and the delay before the animation actually begins was a couple ticks longer iirc.

I don't know about smoothed out. They've been improved but that dragon pool is still ass.

I think the Varrock to Draynor Manor stepping stones and the Karamja shortcut near the glider are also still slow ones.

Teleing from inside the hunter guild would be huge. Not sure why they ever prevented it
