Posts that are not formatted correctly will be removed. If your post is removed because of formatting, you are encouraged to revisit this post and try again.

Post flairs are mandatory - When selecting a flair, pick the one that best represents your book's genre.

DON'T WORRY IF IT ISN'T YOUR EXACT NICHE GENRE. Pick the genre under which your book's specific niche falls. You'll be adding your more specific niche genre in your title. The flairs just help narrow down the search for our readers. If you don't see your book's genre listed, please message the mods and tell us your genre so we can add it to our system.

Post titles - Format your titles like so: "Book Title & Author - specific niche genre - release month year"

  • EX: "Death In London by Mx Writer - Mystery/Police Procedural - Dec 2024"

Post bodies - COPY THIS and add your information

  • Blurb for the book. This is important! Posts without a blurb will be deleted. You must tell us what the book is about.

  • A cover if you have one (use Imgur or your favourite hosting site - or images can be uploaded inline on Reddit now). This is optional.
  • Exact date of publication
  • The date you plan to send your ARCs to your team.
  • The date you expect your ARC team to finish the reading and submit their reviews by.

Absolutely no downloads from this sub will be tolerated. You're here to build your team not fill the subs with links that could potentially give our readers internet cooties.

Do not include sample chapters in your posts - Posts that are clogged with large samples of the books will be deleted. The same goes for reviews/testimonials.

The publication date must be at least 2 weeks from time of posting. If you are looking for reviews for published books, use the monthly sticky post for authors. ARCs are advanced copies, no 'my book is free on Amazon, please review it' posts will be allowed.

Adult - Horror The Last Heir of Bradbury Manor - Gothic Horror - September 2026

Post image
6 Upvotes

Hi All, I'm looking for anyone interested in doing an early review of my upcoming gothic horror The Last Heir of Bradbury Manor which comes out September 29th. It's available on NetGalley or you can reach out to me directly at my website for a more updated ARC.

A gothic horror novel of haunted inheritance, family curses, and the terrifying secrets buried beneath a crumbling Yorkshire estate. Perfect for readers of Mexican Gothic, The Silent Companions, and Rebecca.

Lottie Bradbury hasn't set foot in Bradbury Manor for twelve years.

Sent away as a child following her mother's tragic death, she is summoned home in 1919 by the estranged father she barely knows. The once-great estate is failing, burdened by debt, decay, and generations of neglect. Her return comes with a price: an arranged marriage intended to save what remains of the Bradbury legacy.

But Bradbury Manor is not merely old.

At night, the house makes itself known.

  • Strange sounds echo through the corridors.
  • Rooms refuse to stay still.
  • Moments slip out of place.
  • The past refuses to remain buried.

As Lottie is drawn deeper into her family's history, she uncovers a pattern stretching back centuries-one marked by unexplained deaths, buried betrayals, and a curse that never truly ends. It simply passes from one generation to the next.

Everyone expects her to take her place.

To continue what came before.

Caught between the expectations of her father, the promise of a future beyond the estate, and the growing realization that something is terribly wrong within Bradbury Manor, Lottie must decide how much of the truth she is willing to uncover-and what it may cost her when she does.

The closer she gets to the answers, the harder it becomes to tell whether she is exposing the darkness surrounding her family...

or being led deeper into it.

Atmospheric, unsettling, and steeped in gothic tradition, The Last Heir of Bradbury Manor is a story of haunted houses, family secrets, generational curses, and the enduring power of the past. For readers who love crumbling estates, supernatural mysteries, psychological tension, and stories where history refuses to stay dead.

Highly rated on Goodreads: 4.2 stars
Not convinced? Read this diary entry from one the book's coolest characters.

Dear diary,

Nobody made me dinner again, so ketchup + grape jelly it is. Verdict: better than you'd think. I wanted pizza but I'm working with what I got. Not much to pick from when your dad abandons you at a hotel breakfast bar.

Also... Wanna know something wild? Someone wrote a whole book about my life, and I'm not even the main character! The nerve! At least I'm the funniest. Just read it, you'll see.

♥ Felicity ♥

Hi everybody, I'm looking for ARC readers.

Brainjacked is a standalone 118,000-word cyberpunk technothriller — the first entry in Bay City Noise, a series which will include a trilogy of standalone books and many short stories, available for free on my Substack.

Blurb:
In Bay City, America's first corporate-owned megalopolis, the neural implant everyone wants is called the MyHUD. And Phil Schooner just won one.
A dock worker kept alive by a failing lung implant he could never afford to replace, Phil wins the Shared Vision Implant Lottery and believes his luck has finally turned. But the MyHUD doesn't just keep him breathing. It begins to rewire him—sharpening his temper, turning cruelty into pleasure—until, one unrecognizable night, he does the unthinkable to the people he loves most.
Detective Simone Foxworth has seen what broken technology can do. As she links a string of impossible murders, she uncovers a truth the most powerful corporation in the city will kill to bury: the implant everyone is racing to buy can quietly turn anyone into a weapon.
A noir-soaked cyberpunk thriller where humans are just another asset.

Would you forgive your best friend if she was responsible for ruining your life?

A whispered rumour draws a group of students into the dense forests of coastal Brazil: a lost Indigenous artifact, hidden for centuries and promising academic glory.

While Leah’s colleagues are determined to claim it, she only agrees to the trek because she can’t bear the thought of being left behind, and forces her best friend Charlotte to go with her for support against her dark thoughts.

What was meant to be an escape from the weight of the academic semester, quickly it turns into a test of endurance. The deeper they push into the forest, the darker Leah begins to dream. When they finally uncover what they came for, the discovery reveals something far more terrifying than any of them imagined.

A demon born of nightmares is unleashed, and with it, carnage.

Now the survivors must find a way to drive the nightmare back to its realm before society is doomed to never dream again. But as the forest closes in, the greatest horror isn't the ancient evil — it's watching a lifelong trust begin to rot.

Adult - Fantasy Generic Fantasy Story by David Osterman - Dark Comedy Fantasy - Oct. 2026

Nate, Sam and Charlie are three decidedly unheroic teenagers and just strange enough to be the perpetual target of bullies both old and young. They found kinship and safety retreating into the world of fantasy role-playing games.

When the trio are accidentally transported to an actual fantasy world filled with dragons and wizards and the brutality of life during the dark ages, they reluctantly embark on a quest to confront an incomprehensible evil in the hopes that doing so will return them to the comforts of home.

There is, after all, some sort of vague prophecy they're meant to fulfill to save the world from madness and destruction.
According to the wisest mystic in the realm.

Who they may or may not have accidentally killed.

As the familiar fantasy tropes and cliches are subverted and inverted in the most hilarious ways possible, each new horrifying and deadly twist forces the trio to prove not only to everyone who as ever met them, but also to themselves that they can be the heroes they have always pretended to be.

Trigger: Gore and Violence played for comedic intent.

Publication date: October 1st 2026

ARCs sent immediately upon request.

Reviews can be submitted anytime after you have finished the novel (prepublication would be amazing, but in no way required)

Please DM for a download link of the EPUB file.

Adult - Contemporary Fiction "Flat Hill and Bark" - a novel by Leonardo Costa Veras - Literary Fiction - Release December 2026

Spanning one unforgettable summer and its echo thirty years later, Flat Hill and Bark tells the story of a group of friends in a small Minnesota river town, where myth passes for memory and memory for truth—and where some still can’t shake the question: Is home a place, or a place in time?

Flat Hill and Bark is a literary novel about memory, family, friendship, and the peculiar ways the past refuses to remain in the past. Its world owes something to the sprawling eccentricity of John Irving, the melancholy of Jim Harrison, and the magical realism of García Márquez. It may also appeal to readers of Jennifer Egan’s A Visit from the Goon Squad for its exploration of memory and the machinery of time, and the less-is-more economy of Raymond Carver and Amy Hempel.

Triggers: None

Publication date: December, 2026

ARCs will be sent: Available now— August 29, 2026

Reviews requested by: September 19, 2026

ARC format: PDF

Availability: U.S. only

Interested in joining the ARC team? - No

I’m an independent author, and I’m putting together an ARC team ahead of the December release. I’m especially interested in readers of literary fiction who enjoy large casts of characters, eccentric families, memory and the passage of time, dark humor, melancholy, and the occasional intrusion of the impossible into otherwise ordinary lives.

I can send the ARC via direct email if preferred.

Thanks for considering it.

Hello, everyone!

My newest series launches with its first book next month, and I’m looking for readers who would be excited to read it in advance of release and be willing to post their reviews or just after release day.

Genre: Epic Fantasy/Political Fantasy
Word Count: 52,000

Blurb:

A princess locked in a tower. An elven boy sold into slavery. A kingdom on the brink — and ancient forces stirring beyond its walls.

In the capital of Auberlind, twelve‑year‑old Princess Iva has spent her life hidden away in a white tower — a living secret in a realm ruled by fear, ambition, and a queen mother who will do anything to keep her power.

In the slums below, an elven boy named Athlin escapes a brutal slaver only to fall in with a mismatched crew of outcasts: a hardened rogue, a streetwise orphan, and an exiled elven warrior with enemies of her own.

When a desperate heist leads them into the tower itself, their worlds collide, and the truth they uncover forces them to flee the city as every faction in Avilon turns against them. But the girl in the tower was never the real secret. Something older than the kingdom has begun to wake. And what waits beyond the city walls may be far more dangerous than the power that hunts them.

Adult - Speculative Fiction Klondoon by Christopher Voysey – Literary Fiction / Supernatural Suspense – October 2026

Post image

KLONDOON — Book One
On the map it was Old Assumption.
In temple sermons, it was a city of mercy, industry and second chances.
But anyone siphoned through its alleys knew better.
They called it the Sump, because sooner or later, all the filth ended up there.
The Kid learned the rules of the gutter: keep moving, do not look rich men in the eye, and never trust a kindness offered after dark.
There are places where belief is more dangerous than blades.
Rinriki was one of them.
What begins as survival gradually turns into something stranger, as rumour, violence and belief transform an ordinary boy into something resembling a legend — whether he wants to become one or not.
Klondoon is an adult literary/speculative novel with elements of supernatural suspense, dark humour, crime and surrealism.
Potential triggers/content warnings: Violence, death, murder, organised crime, substance use, sexual references, prostitution, child neglect/abuse themes, religious themes, coercion and disturbing imagery.

Blurb: The city of Eryssan stands in the shadow of the Fracture, a jagged tear where nightmares once bled into the mortal world. For centuries, dark, ageless guardians, known as the Umbralyn, have kept its horrors at bay, bound by an ancient vow.

When the Fracture begins to bleed once more, Maia Colwyn is summoned to Eryssan to study newly unearthed fragments, determined to uncover a way to seal the wound before the city pays the price.

Instead, her search leads her to Caelith, an Umbralyn she's been taught to fear.

As an uneasy bond grows between them, Maia uncovers a truth the city was never meant to remember: a conspiracy that reaches into the highest halls of power, and a threat far larger than the Fracture itself.

Now, she must choose: the truth that could save the city and all those she loves....

…or the monster who stands on the other side of it.

A slow-burn, morally grey fantasy romance about forbidden love, rebellion, and the gap between the stories we're taught and the people we actually meet.

Content warning: This book contains violence (including on-page death), political betrayal and institutional cruelty, threats of harm toward a main character, and references to war and loss of life. It also contains a romantic relationship between adults with closed-door intimacy.

War is coming.

Ulfric, Schleswig's newly crowned king, nicknamed 'The Barbaric', is in trouble for refusing to bend the knee to the emperor of the Selkur Empire as his vassal. But Ulfric has few allies both outside and within Schleswig. Corruption and treachery are rife, and too many of Ulfric’s nobles are taking the emperor’s coin.

It's into this murky world that Ulfric has created that the difficult Edith of Freidberg has been unwillingly thrust when she discovers she has unknowingly been betrothed to Ulfric by her father. She must learn who she can trust when no one appears trustworthy, and the only advice she’s given is that she has no choice but to marry Ulfric, a man who both disgusts and inspires her.

What kind of queen does Ulfric want Edith to be, an advisor or broodmare? And will Ulfric survive defying the emperor?

Non-Fiction The Bones of My Ghosts by Owen Calongne - Memoir - October 2026

Blurb:

I used to think this was a book about addiction. It isn’t.

For almost twenty years, I buried myself in drugs and alcohol, surviving everything from arrests to overdoses with the desperate belief that there would always be one more chance to get my life back together.

Along the way, I found myself surrounded by people the rest of the world had mostly forgotten. Addicts, criminals, gangsters, dealers, friends, lovers, sons, daughters. We got sober together and relapsed together. We lied to one another, stole from one another, forgave one another. And for a while, in the isolated little worlds we built together, we were all we had.

Most of them are dead now.

The Bones of My Ghosts is an ode to those who didn't survive, a love letter to the family who never stopped caring about me, and a meditation on the guilt of being alive to tell the story.

Triggers: Drug use, violence, self-harm, suicidal attempt & ideation.

Official Blurb

A genesplice mercenary. A fallen cop. Shattered trust.

When she’s not serving drinks to gruff solar-harvester technicians or cuddling her cat Silas, unsanctioned splice Eris prowls the star quadrant, delivering vigilante justice at the end of her blade. Juggling assignments from The Medusa Syndicate and her life on Janus isn’t easy. And that delicate balance is threatened when she takes matters into her own hands to protect a friend.

Disgraced detective turned private investigator Miles Beckett is Nightside City Police Department’s go-to expert for solving tough cases. When a body with a familiar face bearing a distinctive clue is added to his docket, his professional and personal lives collide. Forced to question everything, Beck balances on a knife’s edge with an uncertain future.

When secrets are exposed and trust betrayed, estranged lovers must set aside differences and forge uneasy alliances. Will Eris beat the clock — or will she lose it all?

**\*

Based in the far future after humans have spread into the galaxy, Discord's Blade is the first book in a planned five-book science fiction romance series about The Medusa Syndicate, a mercenary group delivering vigilante justice and righting wrongs. While each book will focus on a different couple, the series will have an overarching thread that carries throughout and culminates in the last installment.

Triggers: Suggestions of prostitution. References to human and drug trafficking. Criminal activities. Explicit language. Explicit sexual content. Graphic depictions of violence (the worst is off page but referenced)
