Me vjen shume keq te shoh qe behen keshtu gabimesh te vogla, qe mund te menjanohen totalisht.

I'm Albanian but I'm writing this in English for these US "expats" to read. First of all you're not an expat, you're an immigrant.

Now here's what I want to say to you: You love to shit on the US the moment you get your residency in Albania, how the US is imperialistic and the US military complex is ruining the world. Although I agree with all of that, I haven't seen anyone of you acknowledge that you are benefiting from the imperialistic behavior of your country. Think about it, why do you have it easier than an Australian to move to Albania? Why would Albania make it easy for 70+ year olds on social welfare to move to them, and then we need to import Bangladeshis for cheap labor? It is easier for a 70 year old American to move to Albania as opposed to a 20 year old Australian. Think about it!

It's all because of 'Murica's imperialistic policies you dummies, and if you've moved to Albania you are directly benefiting from your president's and your country's century-old policy of foreign influence, so cut the virtue-signalling crap and enjoy your 200 euros/month Pogradec apartment. If anything you should have Trump's photo hanging in your dining room wall.

Oh and as a Canadian-Albanian I have more reasons to hate Trump than you ever will, this is not to shame you for hating on Trump, this is to let you know that you're failing to recognize that you're benefiting everyday from a system that you seem to hate.

Saw someone post couple of days ago asking why some of the men of this age bracket want to stay unattached, even though there is good opportunities for some of them to get married. Since I do fit this age bracket, hear me out:

I got married at 35, divorced by 36, no kids. We were together for almost 4 years total and did not cheat even once. So the idea of wanting to be single so I could sleep with different women is not the reason for me. The real reason? FREEDOM! There is two types of people when they are by themselves: 1) the ones who feel lonely; 2) the ones who feel free; I’m the latter. There is just something liberating and priceless (to me personally) to have the luxury and do whatever the F. I want at anytime without the permission of the wife/ partner. My ex wife was a great person and wouldn’t stop me from hanging out with friends, traveling etc, but just the idea of having to tell someone, it makes me unhappy. At the present moment I’m in my mid 40’s, great shape physically and mentally, have a job a love, not rich but make enough to travel anytime and anywhere I wish. Now the next question is what happens when i get old? If I’m lucky enough to make it to my 70’s, maybe by then I’ll get tired of being solo and perhaps I will be ready to be in a partnership? Not sure how will I feel by then, but I’m sure there will be plenty of widows available 🤷.

We, as Albanians are taught from the very young age culturally that we are born, get married, have children and die. While this formula might work for most people, there is a minority like myself who will not be happy applying this to our lives. I’d rather be single and happy, than more than 50% of the couples who are miserable and are married cause that’s “the right thing to do”.

P.S. Pardon the post in English. I’ve spent more than half of my life outside of our homeland and while I’m fluent in Albanian, it’s easier for me to write in English.

E vetmja vlere qe ka ky referendum eshte per te prodhu LAJM.

- Po u shfuqizua ligji, ti e shet si super fitore dhe bind më shume njerez ti bashkohen protestes.

- Po nuk u shfuqizua [99% qe nuk shfuqizohet] ti prape do prodhosh lajm. Sepse ke nje shifer qe e plas tere kohes ne media qe çon mesazhin qe protesta eshte akoma shume lart.

Prape eshte demonstrim force.

Nese e kane qellimin per kete gje atehere eshte dicka qe i sherben protestes. [deri diku]

Por kerkesa per referendum nuk duhet te jete gjeja kryesore. Duhet te jete thjesht nje mjet me teper.

Nese ne flasim tere kohes per ligje jemi duke luajtur lojen e tij sepse AI ESHTE LIGJI.

Pervec Tao Palles qe me eshte bere i perditshem, me dalin shume eksponente te PS Vlore. Sot ne nje post me beri pershtypje nje fotografi, e kryetarit te PS Vlore dhe drejtorit te ujesjellesit, Klevi Kaso.

Klevi eshte djale i respektuar ne Vlore se ka qene basketbollist me Flamurtarin dhe vinte nga familje punetore. Ishte pak i papritur angazhimi i tij me PS teksa vinte nga familje demokrate, por pak rendesi ka, kishte emer te mire ne Vlore.

Sot u shtanga teksa e pashe me kemishe te markes Ami Paris qe eshte nje brand relativisht i ri, por i kushtueshem. Kemisha qe mban veshur zoteria ne fjale kushton sa nje pension e gjysme mesatar mujor, pra diku te 300 euro. Ja po themi 250 euro nese e ka psonisur ne ndonje outlet, prape me shume se pensioni mesatar ne qytet dhe me shume se dyfishi i pensionit ne fshat.

Kjo me beri te mendoja shume gjera, qe dhe Klevi sado djale i mire te jete e ka ngjyer buken ne vaj si gjithe te tjeret, qe ishte zhgenjimi i pare. Po zhgenjimi i dyte dhe goxha i madh ishte se si nje eksponent i PS eshte kaq i pacipe sa te dale ne publik me kemishe 300 euro ne nje qytet qe cdo dite lengon dhe ku varferia eshte ulur kembekryq, dhe jo vetem kaq, po te dale me kemishe 300 euro nderkohe qe me shet Besen apo Pranine Besnike dhe gjithe keto shpikjet e cuditshme te Edi Rames.

Pra, ne nje moment qe ti duhet te vish tek une me perulesi, per te me bere per vete, ti me vjen tere pordhe duke me plasur ne fytyre se si 300 euro i harxhon per nje kemishe.

Prandaj, mos u genjeni nga tentativa te dobeta per tju kthyer mendjen, ujku qimen e nderron po zakonin se harron, nuk ka Bese Edi Rama dhe asnjeri nga keta, duan vetem t’ju zhvasin dhe t’ju ndjekin dhe ta mbajne Shqiperine per vete.

Ps: Nuk e diskutoj qe rrobat e te tjereve nund te kushtojne shumefish me shume, po kete brand e dallova.

Po kerkoj per ndonje agjensi rekrutimi qe ofron mundesi punesimi jashte shqiperise (ne europe, ska shume rendesi vendi, UK, Germany, Italy etj) ne fushen e IT. Skam mundur te gjej online asnje agjensi. Nese njihni ndonje agjensi mundet ta lini ne koment ose te ma coni me DM? Cdo koment do me ndihmonte! Faleminderit!

Keshilli qytetar deshtoi por qellimi real dje mori nje forme ligjore dhe politike qe shpresoj te jete e pakthyeshme.

Ne nje tavoline, ndoshta jo me te njejtin stilolaps, brenda 1 ore dhe sipas kesaj renditje firmosen kerkesen per referendum: Luciana Kokaj, Fatos Lubonja, Ermal Pashaj, Dorina Prethi, Redi Muci, Agron Shehaj, Erald Kapri. Firmat u mblodhen nga vullnetare, genz e studenta.

Ne nje terren perbashkues te gjithe (jo vetem partite e vogla) u mblodhen bashke per nismen e pare qe i bashkoi e me shprese jo e fundit.

Ju faleminderit juristeve, tech dhe studentat qe u futen te paret ne kete thirrje.
