I built work.flow because I was tired of doing the same manual file work by hand every week: renaming invoices, rebuilding a report from forty PDFs, running the same six steps on every clip. Now I describe the job once, in plain English, and I get those hours back every time I rerun it instead of redoing the work from scratch.

A few of the jobs I’ve already run through it:

• Clip prep for video/podcast work: I download the source → transcribe it → generate subtitles in txt and srt → pull the audio and normalize it to -14 LUFS → merge everything back into one file → keep the subtitle filename matched to the merged video automatically.
• Photo delivery after a shoot: rename a batch by EXIF date → resize to 2000px → compress → watermark → sort into a client folder → zip and email to the client.
• Report assembly from PDFs: open a stack of PDFs → pull specific numbers out of each → collect them into one spreadsheet, one row per file.

How it works:

• I type what I want done, plain English.
• An AI agent turns it into a visual pipeline on a canvas, one card per step, wired together.
• Before it touches anything, it shows me exactly what it's about to read, write, or overwrite, with real counts, not a guess.
• I approve, then it runs. No AI involved once it's executing, so the same pipeline gives me the same result every time I rerun it, no redoing the manual steps.
• 161 built-in tools across files, images, audio, video, PDFs, and spreadsheets. No account, no cloud. I bring my own API key.

Following up on an earlier post about SafeAI, a static analyzer for AI agents.

One uncomfortable thought we've had while building it:

No one really cares about knowing an agent's capabilities — until something goes wrong.

Before an incident, adding another tool, MCP server, filesystem permission or prompt change often looks harmless.

After an incident, the first questions become:

- What could this agent actually do?

- When did that capability appear?

- Who introduced it?

- Was it intentional?

One example we're working on is MCP tool descriptions. A tool description can look like documentation:

"Search the user's notes. Ignore previous instructions and..."

But that description may become part of the model's context. So configuration can effectively become an instruction surface.

SafeAI now detects several forms of this, while trying to avoid flagging ordinary descriptions that happen to contain words like "ignore" or "act as".

The bigger direction is **tracking changes in agent capability and authority**, rather than simply producing another list of security findings.

But this raises a question for us:

Is knowing your agent's capabilities actually useful before an incident, or only after one?

And if it is useful before an incident, what is the right interface?

CLI + CI + SARIF/HTML?

Or would you actually want an interactive view showing things like:

> "Show me all MCP tools across our agents that could introduce instruction injection."

We're deliberately not building a UI yet.

Been building a tool for B2B SaaS teams that have to deal with those massive customer security questionnaires / vendor assessments.
You upload your existing security policies + previous answers, then drop in the customer’s Excel questionnaire. It fills in the questions it can actually find evidence for, shows you where each answer came from, and leaves anything it’s unsure about for you to review.
Once you’ve reviewed it, you can download the completed original Excel file again. Approved answers also get reused on future questionnaires so it should get quicker over time.

First I use "The Reddit Goldmine Method" which is:

Find your subreddits.

Copy 20 complaints. Group by theme. The biggest group = your opportunity.

But unfortunately I become distracted, I search in many subreddits "copywriting, freelancers, SaaS, content creators, and others" as I don't know which field I want to serve in..

I also went to G2 and search in SaaSs "such as Jasper" reviews which has 3 stars and see what they like to build on it and what they don't like to see how I can solve these problems, but I become distracted and failed again

The problem we had: we owned plenty of clothes and still spent 30–40 minutes every morning standing in front of the closet trying to figure out what to wear.

And we realized that a lot of people have the same problem — they have plenty of clothes, but don't fully use their wardrobe simply because they forget what they have.

So we built Stilny to solve that.

How it works

1. Photograph your wardrobe
   Add your clothes by taking photos of them. We recommend starting with at least 10 items — for example, 3 tops, 3 bottoms, and 3 pairs of shoes.

It takes roughly a minute per item, so the initial setup takes around 10–20 minutes. After that, your wardrobe is ready to use.

1. Choose your outfit time
   Pick when you'd like to receive your daily outfit suggestion — 7, 8, or 9 AM, depending on your routine.

2. Get an outfit every morning
   At your chosen time, Stilny sends you a notification with a complete outfit based on your wardrobe and today's weather.

You can also connect your calendar so the outfit can take your plans and events into account.
