What’s the most addictive book you’ve ever read? Like the kind keeps you are thinking about non-stop until you finish?

Feel the fear and do it anyway.

Therapy, CBT ect didn't really make sense til I read that book. Hadn't read since school, but read it page 1-10 then the next day... Read it all from start to finish.

Had some harsh truths in that I needed to hear tbh.

Might read a bit now. Can't sleep haha 😂 being on the phone isn't helpful

Yes - this was one of the few self-help books which really did help. I read it a long, long time ago. It permanently changed my perspective in a positive way.
