i am from mechanical engineering background and currently working as hvac application engineer and i am 27 in age so some people suggest me to transfer to bms so that i better future so i don't know is bms better and if bms is better what all i need more than a mechanical hvac engineer to start the job as bms engineer

This is a drone BMS
While testing this BMS this morning, I discovered that it isn't working properly. I don't know what the cause is. I'm currently heating the MOSS, though I don't know yet if it will help. I'm troubleshooting the issue step by step!

Trying to gauge what people actually prefer for VRF/split integration over Modbus:
- One centralized gateway sitting on the manufacturer's bus (CoolMaster, Daikin EKMBDXB, Toshiba, Gree ME30, Midea GW-MOD, etc.), covering many indoor units at once, or - A separate 1-to-1 interface at each indoor unit (Intesis single-unit boxes, Airzone Aidoo, RTD-style), each addressed on the Modbus line.
Which do you reach for by default, and why — reliability, cost per unit, commissioning time, brand coverage, flexibility on mixed-brand jobs? And in what situations would you switch to the other approach?
