This just sound like you don't deal with vendorsas a corporate rep for your employment.
What you are crying about is normal in the corporate world. Contact a rep for business tier pricing. They might want to set up a meeting to discuss a business need so they can tailor the pricing specifically to your company's interests. After the meeting concludes they take the notes from that discussion and generate a quote.
At some point during the discussion the topic of what other vendors or similar service providers are you reviewing, this also gives the company a tip as to what pricing they provide you.
If say you mention you are looing at the top tieer company in the industry, they might undercut their price a tad bit to make it competitive, as long as the can closely match 1:1 services between them and their competitor.
But yeah, if you're just shopping for something that says "contact us for pricing" like you'd buy a damned iPhone. You are not the customer they are catering to. Short of you starting up a business and willing to drop $80,000+ on a business to business service. And that's at the low end.
Not every company that does this only deals with corporations as their customers. And not every product is very clearly only for corporations. You're being super rude for no reason.
