I’ve spent the last four days going back and forth to South Campus, went all the way to West Campus, called multiple numbers, emailed support, got told “come back tomorrow,” then “we’ll contact the warehouse,” and somehow STILL nobody can tell me where my suitcase and box actually are 😭 At this point I’m not even mad about the delay anymore, I’m just losing my mind doing side quests across BU trying to find my own luggage. PLEASE JUST TELL ME WHERE MY SHIT IS💀💀💀

please let me know why, after dropping my stuff off with them last june, i never got an invoice or any notification about where my storage is or what they did with my storage. did i genuine get robbed? this also meant that i couldnt schedule a delivery in time because packstoreship never updated my contract, making my situation all the more annoying.

Hi! I just wanted to have some reassurance that it’s okay staying home from orientation. I’ve been really sick for two weeks, and it’s only been getting worse. I live close to BU so it was easy going home but I have terrible fomo. I just want to focus on getting better but my parents want me to go back to school so I don’t miss out.
