After watching The Last of Us, I've been thinking about the killing of one to save many, or the saving of one which ends up killing many, and is such a common trope. Anyone would give in to any demand if their kid/family is threatened, and they do. You say you'd do anything for this little guy, would you sacrifice him to save many more? Or would you rather many die and he is safe?

Weird question but did you name him after Oliver in Oliver and Company? We named our orange tabby that when we were kids.

He came to me named Oliver and I thought he fit the name perfectly! Never even considered anything different
