I also put wasabi into the soy sauce but also add my ginger to soak in it. Then I put a small piece of soaked ginger on every piece. I should probably commit seppuku.

I like to put a bit of ginger into my green tea. Not while any of the staff are around to witness, but we never eat at high-end sushi places anyway.
