Smudge sticks have between two and three ingredients in them. Like sage and cedar for example.

Maybe when purchased from the dollar store. That’s not how medicine works.

Not really true, a lot of the time it’s just one ingredient. Depends on the region/nation and their traditions. Doesn’t even really look like she has a stick, it might just be loose sage.
