✨First Pride Festival!!✨🏳️🌈

A few weeks ago I went to my very first Pride Festival and I wanted to share because I’m really proud of myself and am trying to acknowledge it more!
This is a monumental thing for me because I’m chronically ill (EDS and POTS) and was finally able to get my health under control enough to leave the house for an extended period of time to be on my feet for a while.
I’ve always wanted to go to a pride event ever since I realized I was pansexual and this made me feel so secure and happy with myself. My ally aunt also came with me as support and also if I had any health issues pop up 🥹
Our community is so wonderful and I felt so loved and seen. Thanks for coming to my ted talk!
