Astral grey encounter

About 3-4 years ago (wish I’d kept a diary), when I was just starting to be able to do out of body experiences (OOBE), this happened.

Of importance, I’d done a handful of OOBEs already and had learned how there are many distractions in the experience that can keep you from achieving your predetermined objective if you allow it. Also I have a sense of urgency to get to my objective, because I tend to wake up rather quickly, so time is of the essence. This should give enough context for how I reacted to the following encounter:

I “rolled out” of my body (usually this is at 3am) and you can tell when it’s OOBE vs. lucid dreaming, because you start out weightless. When I rolled out I was facing away from my bed and immediately started focusing on solidifying and getting to the bathroom mirror. I always do that and have a glass of astral orange juice! Getting the senses working seems to help before heading off on the mission. So I solidified and then turned around to face the bathroom.. I was already starting a sprint to get there. At the opposite head corner of my bed was a grey, but this one was about the height of an average person, so much taller than the short ones. I caught “him” off guard.. when I’d jumped out of my body and my thought was to just keep running towards the bathroom to get on with my mission.

As I sprinted past, I shot some ‘fireballs’ at it from my hands. You can do a lot of stuff in the astral if you don’t limit yourself. This sucker was unnaturally fast and sprinted away.. not sure if I hit him or if he just got away, because I didn’t have time to mess with that and I just headed off out of the house on my mission.

Wondering if anyone out there has had similar encounters with (I assume) tall greys observing sleepers.. or what the hell WAS he doing?.. or was that just another aspect of ME?

Some time after that, I’ve learned to not be fearful and instead project white light/love, so I think I would have reacted differently if it happened today. Any advice out there?

Ok, so I feel the need to say there are free will Greys and ones that operate under the authoritarian ETs that control the planet. The ones you encounter in the astral are much more likely to be of the free will group, but firing projectiles at it instantly gave it notice that you did not want it there, so it left as quickly as it could. If you've developed your telepathy skills outside of the astral, you'll pick up on their intent almost instantly in the first communication. If they are in the physical realm in your bedroom and you didn't beckon them, they are far more likely to be authoritarians taking you for biological experimentation.

Thanks. I didn’t get any negative vibes from this being.. it was just an automatic response I had and not anything like the shorter robotic ones. Now that I’ve moved past fear and had other communications, I will see if I can get in touch with this one.. who knows?

once surprised one of those grey weirdos by staring directly at it after suddenly waking up at 3 am after one of many consecutive apocalyptic nightmare -felt like I instinctively woke myself up to catch it - it was still there at the foot of the bad looking at me - I felt like I caught it off guard and it seemed to lunge at me and knock me back to sleep again very quickly

the nightmares stopped completely after that night, tho

I personally find them really annoying with how willfully cryptic they are, stop sending BS dreams and synchronicty, just tell me what the hell you want!

Interesting. I've also encountered a gray of sorts, I woke up in or entered someone that was restrained on what I assume was a vessel in transit. I was larger in size, red skinned, kinda reminded me of what we know of an Annunaki, it was kinda strange since I was also observing the events from the outside at the same time. I was enraged over something I experienced earlier, plus now I was restrained which made it worse. This gray became exited ran to me when it saw whoever wake up, only in my rage I bit its arm off, it was dry and made a brittle crunch, it shocked my mouth. The gray ran screaming from the room, I felt an instant feeling of regret, I or whover I was inhabiting was put back to sleep. When I woke up in my bed, I had this strange taste and tingling feeling in my mouth that stayed for the whole day. Makes me wonder if it really happened.

Not a grey, but a reptilian woman in my case. She was sitting right next to me on my bed, like 5 inches away from me. She was Very surprised when she saw me exit and wanted to know how I managed to do it and how it was possible
