A little about me: I’m an introvert with extrovert tendencies. I love being a homebody, but I’m always down for the occasional adventure. Some of my favorite things include beach days, bonfires, car karaoke, car shows, cocktails / wine, concerts, cruises, food, gaming, horror movies, plays, and road trips.

Music-wise, I listen to a bit of everything, but I mostly gravitate toward alternative/indie, dance/EDM, and pop.

For gaming, I’m console-based, but with so many cross-platform games now, that usually isn’t an issue. I’m not super competitive—I mostly play for fun and good vibes. I love a good story co-op game.

On a personal note, I’m working on myself right now—getting back in shape, rebuilding confidence, and just trying to be better overall.

So why am I posting? I’d love to expand my friend group. I’ve moved around a lot over the past couple of years, and keeping consistent friendships hasn’t been easy. I’m hoping to meet people who are in a similar place or just share some common interests.

I just got back from New York for a family wedding and the very next morning went back to the gym to do some chest. It is quite a fulfilling routine to feel the strength grow, increasing in reps and weight. I want to keep growing myself, my routine, with focused habits that promote well-being.

I am practicing positive psychology and growth mindset theory along with self-determination theory as they are all aspects that I want to promote in my own private practice one day.
