I believe saviours is one of greendays most political albums since rev radio, and it doesent do it so obviously, it’s more embedded into the album , it’s not so I HATE THE WORLD and more “this is bullshit and it’s depressing and I’m getting numb and sick of it” and fancy sauce shows that so well. The song is literally about going insane. And it’s not like a fast paced insanity it’s more of a slight discomfort thats carried by the slow guitar riff that eventually picks up and explodes at the end that really shows the explosion into panic and insanity. If you look at the lyrics this is also painfully obvious. I just in general think that this song is genius not only musically but also message wise about the state of the world. And I think it’s very underrated. I apologise if this is a bit incoherent but i seriously believe that is song is the best on the album. They killed it

im someone who has pretty much watched every Green Day show there is that i could find on YouTube and on the GreenDayCommunity archive and notice that Woodstock 94 probably has the most unique guitar tone of all of the shows I watched. The guitar tone is SUPER heavy and muddy (pun not intended) and it sounds really cool.

Just curious, really. Any guitar/mixing nerds who could explain why in a way a civilian could digest is appreciated greatly!!

The moment I've been anticipating for so much has come to life. I have automated the script to stitch together single 24hrs long files with all of the footage for each day and publish it at https://archive.org/details/@green_day_tv_archiver.

The files are still being uploaded, plus you'll see a very big gap in the upload date for the time I lost WiFi connection. I asked other people to archive themselves so that footage is not lost; I just need to ask those people for the footage they've recorded back and I will be able to upload it Also some files are shorter than 24hrs as I had problems with my internet provider blacklisting me due to the high amount of data trafficking I was creating. I fixed this in later so the only days affected are the first ones.

Note: the files are so big that you can't watch tehm on the internet archive, so you have to download it to watch it. This is meant to forever preserve the raw footage itself.

I'm also already working on a script that splits theese up into single clips (like transmission unknown episodes, performances, inteviews) and uploads them singularly to youtube.

For now, this archive of continuos 24hrs brodcast snippets is all we got.
