I just saw Skizz's thumbnail and it gave me a idea for a theme of a season of hermitcraft.

Firstly there would be a central gaming district.

The season would start with some type of generic game, think tag or something. Then the winner of the game, becomes the Game Master earns the right to build a single game in the central gaming district. That game will then be played for a few week and the winner becomes the new Game Master and earns the right to add a new game to the central gaming district and so on.

Im not sure if it will work but it seems like a fun idea for me. would like to hear other people opinions

It seems to me that I'm a bit out of the loop when it comes to the mushroom island. From what I understood at the beginning of season 11, the Hermits were going to leave the mushroom island alone for a while because they had some “big secret plans” for it and that they would eventually get to it. Now that I see some Hermits are now going to the island and building stuff on it, such as Tango’s “To kill a Tango” game. Is this stuff the “big plan” that they were talking about, or is the “big plan” yet to come? Is the “big plan” cancelled? Or am I imagining things, and there was never a “big plan”? Have any of the Hermits talked about this? If they have, I have not seen it.

• One of BDubs's rules of the season was to hate Joel no matter what
• One of Joel's rules of the season is to get BDubs to like him no matter what
• Business partners (in a potential dye shop - lost storyline?)
• Joel called BDubs his "bestie" and BDubs is surprised but doesn't correct him

• S7 BFFs: Scar was mayor of the shopping district and BDubs was his right-hand man, teaming against the Mycelium resistance 
• S9 beef: Scar Hotguy'd BDubs 'day 1 horse' Mi Amore by accident (he was trying to kill BDubs) on the day of Mi Amore's retirement after BDubs had spent ages building a retirement home for the horse. Scar apologised but then for YEARS sent BDubs gifs of shooting Mi Amore and laughs when it is mentioned
• S10: BDubs immediately clocked Scar as the ore-snatcher and Scar immediately folded
• S11: In revenge for Mi Amore, BDubs lava'd Scar's 'day 1 horse' (also known as the worst horse in history) Puddin'
• BDubs and Scar trauma-bonded by being sent up in the air by EGG at the same time (while testing their prank on Joel) -- BDubs was sent much higher than Scar was
• BDubs took out 9 stacks of diamonds loan from Scar (for building materials for his shop / Eefo wings) but their friendship meant he only got 5% interest (low compared to Joel's 25%). Scar says this is because BDubs "buttered him up" and has a nice smile. 
• BDubs witnessed Joel's second loan and agreed Scar was their sugar daddy
• BDubs helped Doc with the goat prank on Scar in revenge for his loan but Scar doesn't know about his involvement(?)
• BDubs bought Scar's Eefo wings in collaboration with Joel, spending even more money, and (if he doesn't have the 9.5 stacks in a month) Scar could take possession of his base
• BDubs is the only Frenemy who hasn't straight-up called Scar a 'Disney adult' and tries to compromise with Scar's Star Wars ideas (to his own regret)

BDubs <--> Doc

• Buddies
• Friends from all the way back in Mindcrack (they've played Minecraft together for over a decade now...)
• S7 beef: being forced to split Grian's mansion
• S10: Judge BDubs placed Doc in the skyblock for punishment multiple times
• After witnessing people like BDubs take out loans from Scar, Doc sees himself as the potential anti-hero of the server and wants to teach Scar a lesson
• BDubs helped Doc cover Scar's base with goats
• BDubs sells Doc materials like bone blocks
• Joel decided BDubs should be the one to 'control' Doc and reign him in from blowing the mushroom island up

Joel <--> Doc 

• Neighbours with clashing aesthetics (rainbow man vs ice biome)
• Doc was the first to attempt Joel's parkour and he completed the easy level but he couldn't complete medium. He was specifically mad about Joel putting a neo in the medium parkour. Doc spent ages on it but eventually rage-quit. 
• Joel, like everyone else on the server, is intimidated by Doc and knows not to mess with him

Joel <--> Scar

• Scar hates Joel's aesthetic this season, calling him a "clown" and complaining how much he hates clowns and has since childhood
• Joel took out a 1000 diamond loan from Scar to pay EGG to prank False. Scar gave him 15% interest and (if Joel doesn't pay by the end of the month) Scar could take possession of his base
• In storage wars, Joel made a joke entry and told Scar to bin it all
• Joel was paid by Etho to call Scar a disney adult and Scar took that personally. He increased the interest to 25%
• Joel finds out Bdubs only got 5% interest on his loan and is offended. 
• Joel takes out a second 1000 diamond loan from Scar, also with 25% interest, to buy Scar's Eefo wings. If Joel doesn't pay Scar 2500 diamonds within the month, Scar could take possession of his base 
• BDubs decided Joel should be the one to 'control' Scar and stop him from making so many Star Wars references 
• Joel has been making Star Wars references with Scar to encourage him to participate in the group 

Doc <--> Scar

• Hatred
• S9 beef: Scar was part of the Buttercups who were against Doc and covered up The Perimeter
• S9 beef: Scar and Grian blew up Doc's Very Expensive redstone machine
• S10 beef: rival lawyers in the xB vs Mumbo court case
• S10 beef: Scar was the ore-snatcher which began as him acting against everyone but then, after seeing Doc's over-reaction, became targeted to Doc. Doc used diamond ore in his redstone so, when Scar stole from him, it was messing his machines up. This began a season-long search by Doc for the ore-snatcher-- Scar at one point acting as an investigator for the ore-snatcher. Doc suspected him but Scar evaded him. Doc went MAD searching for the ore-snatcher.
• Scar revealed at Twitchcon 2024 that he was the ore-snatcher. 
• Doc vowed S11 would be his season-long revenge (literally putting it into the title of his first video) and has played a number of pranks to torment Scar this season. 
• These include: placing a lot of creaking hearts in Scar's base to place him in a death loop, placing fake fires on Scar's base to make him think it was up in flames, making Whack-a-Scar which actually causes Scar to take damage, building an interactive cat storage system for storage wars which killed Scar, air-dropping a herd of goats on Scar's mountain... am I missing any? 
• Doc has also stated that he has more ideas and is "only getting started"
• Scar thinks this is an overreaction and 'hates' Doc (unreliable narrator king)
• Doc is also offended on behalf of the people taking a loan out with Scar and wants to act like a vigilante -- he has potential ideas to cause server-wide inflation to disrupt Scar's money-making schemes 
• Scar wants EGG to get Doc back for all his tormenting but they (being afraid of Doc) require 10,000 diamonds payment (and a portion of Joel's base when it inevitably is repossessed) so Scar isn't sure if he'll go through with it but he is already seeing if he can get the money
• Scar completed Joel's easy and medium parkour and laughed at Doc when he struggled with easy and couldn't complete medium. 
• Both Scar and Doc immediately said no when they found out the other was on the team but eventually caved because it's "too late to say no"
• Doc is the most annoyed at Scar's Star Wars references and makes digs at Scar for being 'a disney adult' (big talk for the guy in the Elsa dress)
• Doc's "German efficiency" is already very much clashing with Scar's loose style of leadership in the team

The bank is S-tier shenanigans and I love it.

If Scar goes through with the 10k diamond payment for EGG to prank Doc (which i think will absolutely happen for content), we might see Doc starting a conflict with EGG. Another factor is Jevin, who asked Keralis to team up with to rob other hermits of their diamonds, as the pirate. And if those 10k get redistributed to EGG, Cleo and Scar, we might see Jevin team up with Doc and maybe even Joel, who is in crippling debt to Scar.

I've added lots of new secrets and my own version of the Forge, re-balanced the game for a faster playthrough, and patched all the holes and missing blocks I could find. There are four phases, so you can switch between them to get a fresh dungeon.

Had to sketch out the teams that are currently forming for my own sanity. Green arrows indicate friendly relations between individuals or teams, whereas red arrows are unfriendly relations. I am quite confident in calling these teams, except for the golf guys. They are admittedly not a team in the same sense that the others are. Anyway, what do you guys think, and are there any changes i should make?

Hello, what's a habit you've seen from hermits do that you apply on Minecraft? I've always remembered one from Slipg8r and that was his hate for torches being placed sideways off of a one tall block wall. He'd always fix it by directly placing it on the ground instead it being on the side of a block because it looks off or just doesn't sit right with him. And I've found myself to be doing the exact same thing because of him, lol.. What about you guys?

I'm currently going through my "2 Weeks of minecraft" phase and I’m interesting on seeing if any hermits still host any multiplayer servers?

I have a question for the hermits regarding titles/labels such as builder and redstoner. As everyone knows these are two of the “main categories” that hermits get put under. I was wondering if any of the hermits feel obligated to make videos regarding these labels. For example Mumbo, we can all agree that Mumbo is a redstoner, but recently, apart from the latest episode, most of his videos have not been about redstone. So I was wondering if he ever feels obligated to make redstone videos as that was his thing.

TLDR: do you think the hermits feel obligated to make videos that have to do with their niche or main content?

I have rewatched everyone's perspectives a couple of times at least, because it's been absolutely hilarious.

There's very clearly been high activity on the server recently, specifically there being periods usually like once a week where almost the whole server is on, I noticed at one point Grian saying break time in chat. Is it the case that Hermitcraft is applying a life series like format purely for social occasions on the server or is it genuinely coincidental the entire server being on at once?

If it is planned it's a genuine great choice to have more social and group content.
