The reality is, we will be dealing with Trumpism long after he’s gone. The same selfish way of thinking will exist and be worse than ever. The only way past it is if he actually goes to jail for the crimes he committed and the grift while in office and we all know that now can’t/won’t happen. Progressive politics and democratic socialism might be our only hope of a united front of working class people. Unfortunately it means reaching out to these people and convincing them that’s it’s better to have a stable economy than worry about what black, brown, and queer people are doing with their lives. 🙄 This country is a flop.
