Blue Dot Farmer Gives Red Dot Farmers a Reality Check

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

That blue-dot farmer is saying what a lot of people don’t want to hear: your vote didn’t just affect your farm. People lost jobs, families watched their grocery bills climb, and Americans struggled to afford basic meals while policies you supported hurt people you may never meet. Now that the pain has reached your own fields and your own wallet, you’re angry? Welcome to the consequences everyone else has been dealing with. Those very same consequences doesn’t just stop at your farm gate.

All people want is for them to admit they were wrong and that they won't do it again.

It isn’t “you voted for this, so suffer.”

It’s that the same people now asking for sympathy and government assistance consciously voted against expanding healthcare, lowering the cost of education, strengthening the social safety net, and other programs designed to help people who are struggling. We also feel your vote was based largely on racism and hate.

Now that the economic pain that they voted for has reached their farm, their business, or their industry, suddenly everyone is supposed to understand, show compassion, and write a check?

Nope. We already tried nice. I absolutely do want them to suffer.

They are actively staying stupid. We (BIG NY, NJ, Democrats, et al.) warned them for 2016, 2020, and 2024.
MAGAts are too stupid to listen. They pretend to do their own research. They believe that they are smarter than actual experts.
No excuse! Trump 1.0 --> Trump2.0. Saying: Fool me once -- shame on you; fool me twice shame on me! Willful ignorance is not a defense. FAFO

I don't want them to admit they're wrong anymore. I don't care. It's not about the principal anymore. I just want them to fucking suffer. I want the worst possible thing to happen to them. I want them to feel like there's no way out. I want them to feel the depths of despair that I felt for the last fucking decade. I want them to ugly cry like I have in the floor of my fucking apartment. I want them to... "Ponder it..." Like I have so many fucking times in the last decade.

I don’t know I could understand to a certain extent 2016 that they felt the system had failed them and just wanted change but after that dumpster fire, after they had seen what a vote for chaos brought the people who went back for more in 2020 I have no sympathy for and the people who did it yet again in 2024 after watching an attempted insurrection on live television and still said to themselves “yep that’s our guy” I do want to watch them suffer because apparently that is the only way they’ll learn or they won’t but they’ll be bankrupt so they can’t donate to more people that disagree about basic human rights

Nah, I’m fine with them suffering. Suffering is the Only language that Republicans understand.

They voted for it.

Americans aren’t boycotting farmers. I think this diatribe is referring to the lack of sympathy we have for the pain farmers are feeling caused by the Canadian boycott of American beef and the Chinese boycott of American sorghum. Those boycotts cannot be fixed by a mea culpa.

You must not be looking at any other comments, mate. This hole of an echo chamber wants fucking blood. Not just to win back power, but to make everyone suffer "for the rest of their lives".
