Buying a house in Lloyd next summer, will be renting out 3 rooms. Is there a demand for room rentals?
I’m going to be moving into Lloyd next summer from out of town a little ways. I’m planning on finding a house with 3 bedrooms in the basement that I can rent out to help cover the mortage, is there much demand in Lloyd for room rentals? I do know one person with 2 houses and he has no problems finding anyone to rent rooms but just want more advice before I make my final decision. I will be upstairs and planning on having a seperate entrance for the basement
