I’m wondering why days of futures past is not on here and what could make Captain America one be important to this movie

Why would it need to be there? It would only make the viewing experience more convoluted. X-Men 1 and 2 are only necessary because they introduce the characters who will return in Doomsday.

i miss when i only had to watch like 5 movies over the course of 4 years to understand the avengers, i also miss being a little kid, even when infinity war and endgame came out i still understood what was going on cause i had time
to watch most of these films as they came out, like from iron man 1 to avengers endgame, it was like a nice and easy to follow story, i do think it started taking the piss a bit during phase 2 when the mcu just kind of kept getting bigger and bigger, the films were still good though, but it's so convoluted and most of what the mcu puts out now is bollocks

I don't understand why X1 and X2 is there, as the whole thing was made redundant BC of days of future last?

These were the films that introduced the primary returning X-Men sans Beast and Gambit. It could also be preparing audiences for when Jackman inevitably suits up as Wolverine one more time.

could be worth rewatching WandaVision, it really sets the stage for the multiverse stuff coming up. Plus the character development is fantastic.

The entire Infinity Saga being skipped is kinda funny; I would probably at least include The Winter Soldier, Civil War, and Ragnarok. It's also odd to recommend Wakanda Forever but not its predecessor.

Captain America The First Avenger? The Avengers? Infinity War? Endgame?

I mean yeah, they basically just skipped straight to the conclusion of the saga. All of Phase 2 and 3.
