Diecasts Collection update
I recently got these diecast display cases for all of my collection. Make it look better I think. None the less I did happen to get a new car or two.

According to someone close to him on FB, Dave Marcis' house was broken into and had memorabilia and personal items stolen. Including a gun that had his name and car engraved into it, NASCAR related knives, as well as other personal belongings. This occured in Arden, NC (near Asheville). If you see any suspicious selling (or just so happen to own/frequent a pawn shop and see anything suspicious), please report it!

Hello, Everyone.
Today I'm going to begin to answer one of our most frequently asked questions on the sub of "are there any diecast stores near me?" As time rolls by and the shift to online marketplaces becomes the norm with the last few remaining brick & mortar stores close their doors with each passing year. I'm launching an initiative to highlight the last few remaining stores to keep the charm of searching the shelves for diecasts alive!
I have some experience in website design and UI creation and feel up to the task of taking on this project. It's a tall task and something I've never done before, but I want to give it a shot for this community. This is a huge project and I cannot do it alone. So I need your help!!!
If you know of any brick and mortar NASCAR stores in your area. Comment them below in this format and I will reply "Approved✅" once I put it in my system.
Here's how you can help.
Just comment answers to the following questions.
Name of business
------------
Full address
------------
What they primarily stock (New / old cars | other diecasts)
------------
Instructions of how to get there (example directions to how to find Booth 34)
------------
Optional - Notes about company or anything additional that you would like to add.
------------

was looking to see if anyone knew the origin of this jacket? the backstory of this all is that I've been looking forever now for the jeff hamilton jimmy spencer yellow/purple jeff hamilton jacket seen in the 94 winston/camel catalog. this red/black jacket eventually came up in a google search and was in the similar vein of what i was originally looking for but the only tag is on the coat hook. it's not reversible, the o and e connect in smokin joe's like in other camel products,on the sleeve it just says joe's, the pockets have the leather flap, the cuffs are stretchy which i haven't seen on other jackets where it's just leather with a button. my guess was maybe hut stricklin early 94, a knock off but an elaborate knockoff or someone had it commisioned, nevertheless never seen anything like it

Finally got my hands on the gio Ruggiero talladega raced win.
And boy this thing is beautiful. It’s a shame his waltrip throwback was never offered.
I don’t know what it is about this kid. But he’s really starting to grow on me.
I hope he gets fast tracked to either SHR or JGR in the O’reilly series.

In the 1970s Bobby Allison drove a red white and blue AMC Matador that became iconic representing him and AMC. The number varied from 12 to 16 as did the team from Bobby's own team to Roger Penske's team, but the car and the paint scheme remained the same. Bobby picked up at least four wins in this memorable red white and blue scheme. That paint scheme remains popular decades later as a wonderful throwback to both Bobby Allison and Mark Donahue who both drove it.
In 2022, Hailie Deegan and her David Gilliland Racing team painted up their Wastequip Ford F-150 to honor specifically Bobby Allison and that iconic paint scheme. While victory may have been out of the question, they arrived at Darlington and qualified 25th in a field of 36 trucks. The race didn't go as planned as Hailie unfortunately got involved in a wreck and finished 29th.

Seeing KB’s truck in the upcoming winner’s circle wave. I thought how cool would it be to have a rowdy only wave of his biggest wins in his career. I went with the standard 8 cars. That I felt were the best (I had his final cup win in there but idk if that’s realistically possible with the 3CHI sponsorship. There are def other options as well with coke 400 win and brickyard win coming to the top of my head. Also a nos Xfinity car.
2005 Sony HD 500- first win
2008 Kobalt Tools 500- first #18 win
2009- homestead nationwide- championship
2015 Ford Ecoboost 400- championship 1
2019 Ford Ecoboost 400-Championship 2
2019- Autoclub 400- 200th win
2021 Credit Karma Money 250- final xfinity win
?2023 Enjoy Illinois 300- final cup win
2026 EcoSave 200- final win

i got the car for 58 dollars with shipping and the seller was so nice to trying to get it found, and all i received was the shipping label in the mailbox. late post but just thought i’d share my experience. usps told me on the phone it was “damaged” or lost.
i know they do it but it seems weird that the label was just cut off by a knife, you can tell it was i just don’t want to post my shipping label on here.
and im not making this post trying to say anything about usps just sharing

I do know about the cut-in-half tactic, but I don't wanna risk damaging the car.

Has anybody bought stuff off of Depop? I just found the app and was wondering if it was like Ebay.

This is the nose off of Mark Martin's car that he raced in the 1995 Miller Genuine Draft 500 on June 4th at Dover. Mark was involved in a big crash on lap 3 that involved 19 cars, he continued on but in a badly damaged car and finished 35th. I also have the hood from this car in my collection. Mark's 1995 Valvoline paint scheme was fire, one of his best looking cars in my opinion.
