When Shawn's body broke down Patrick saw it and wanted to call a medic. Shawn got a wild look in his eye and said he didn't want the medics called. So Patrick and Ally respected his decision but kept an eye on him. At the same time I watched Patrick make wise decisions and act in concert with, not against, his team mates.

Then Shawn took a horrible downturn (I was hoping they'd dose him up with some sugar instead of tapping him because I've been enjoying how they've learned to work together), and after he was tapped Patrick and Ally became the team. I hope she can vibe with him better moving forward.

Me? I hope he continues this path because I really like this better side of Patrick. In fact, when I watch this program my favorite episodes are the ones where people work together and keep each other afloat.

Gotta be Fernando. Look, no tapouts, dealt with Dani for 3 weeks as he accepted her bs, made a travoy for HIM, while she sat in the shelter making baskets and s***, and he has no ego. But plenty of skills 👍. Jus saying.

I don’t care if the drama is good for viewership and “keeps things interesting” because there’s a difference between genuine tension born from actual problems and being blatantly misogynistic.

Jarrell is just misogynistic. After Shipwrecked, they shouldn’t allow him to come on any of the Naked & Afraid shows again, these kinds of people should not be given any kind of platform, especially after his attitude in the recent episode.

This episode he was really at his worst, taking his berating to a new level, and it’s always targeted at Dani. Though sometimes he does insult both teammates. But again that’s sometimes. It’s mostly Dani. And she’s better than me because I wouldn’t have been able to be that civil. Jamie sitting there too and staying quiet as it kept happening was ridiculous as well, but that’s not as bad as Jarrells issues.

Again, this sort of alpha male red pill bull**** shouldn’t be given a platform. He literally called her a housewife…. I genuinely started hoping the sea snake or box jelly fish would get him as sort of cosmic justice.
I firmly believe he shouldn’t be allowed on the show again. It’s disgusting behavior.

Everyone hates on Jeff but honestly if I ever had the chance to do naked and afraid he'd be who I'd want. Who would you team up with? Matt would be great except i don't think our personalities would mesh well.

That’s it, that’s the rant, he needs to know how hateable he is, how gross he acts, how much of a weak pissy boy he sounds like, he’s gross and he’s an embarrassment of a person, and I can’t wait for him to get all the hate he deserves and see how much people are truly grossed out at someone like him, there’s a point where drama is no longer entertaining, and this guy is a pos that deserves the shit he’s hopefully gonna get, what a gross human being.

Maybe I’m trippin and this is some kinda leaves or something, but those most definitely look like unripe and ripe bananas??….why else would they hang them up with cordage ?? They highly emphasized the score of the taro so I feel like they would have definitely mentioned bananas…maybe they are some inedible type or something, but I feel like they would have mentioned if they found bananas that they couldn’t eat, them or were using it as fishing bait or something…

In any argument as an adult if you have to smell your armpits as some sort of justification, proof, or point to be made, you have lost the argument. It's really not that hard to not stick your poop fingers in the food pot.

One time I was asleep and woke up to a Naked and Afraid episode. Totally thought it was normal and then their dialogue started to become flirtatious and I was like what is going on?? They’re here for survival, what are they even saying!! I didn’t realize until a bit later that was the whole point and that there was even such a thing on Naked and Afraid 😂 I was baffled for a sec

Love how supportive they were of each other! They had a bond that felt special

I’m not an avid watcher, I used to watch a long time ago but just got back into it again! How about you guys?!

For the past few episodes, both of them have really made me fast forward through their scenes. It’s arguing non stop.

Jerrell is way too misogynistic. And needs to get thanked for everything omg! He complains non stop. It’s super rude how he keeps mentioning the jelly fish. Like Dani was in excruciating pain and it’s like he’s taunting her. Oh and he needs to learn how to start a fire better.

Dani complains non stop as well. She’s super critical of Jerrell too. And don’t get me started on her complaining about the fishing. It’s a needed task! Not everyone is vegetarian. That’s productive regardless is anything is catched. I haven’t seen her do much of the heavy lifting.

Side note: I honestly think the fire burning the roof was the tipping point for this trio.

What are some other obvious things they seem to forget?

Even though it was a recent episode, I only had a vague memory of it. I watched it again last night and I must say I was really impressed by Holly.

Yet, when she first appeared, I admit I had a negative first impression.

Plus she was very skinny. I thought to myself that she wouldn’t make it.

In the end, after enduring torrential rain, hordes of relentless bugs, and spending 17 days alone following her partner’s early tap out (another guy with a bow that never got used), she showed impressive inner fortitude, caught several birds with her traps, etc... To sum up she did very well.

Ma’am, I take my hat off to you.

Not only is he annoying, but the voice seems like a cat in heat.

Jeff is an a-hole, they could cooperate and thrive but he has this need to be "the best" doesn't matter if other people or his tribe is suffering.
Gary is stupid for thinking he can just do anything to his body and that wouldn't have consequences.

They were explaining the reasons for the move in that “we have to do this cause production told us to” sort of way. (And they sure do seem excited about their trek through the jungle…psych!)

I spotted a cast member walking in the background as Patrick's team are eating the sea urchins, shortly after Patrick explains they are eating the gonads.

What was going on with how they edited Adam and Mandy's trek? One second they are carrying 3 orange life buoys and a red life raft, then they talk and only have 2, then they have a red life raft, then they don't, then back to just 2 life buoys. it was all over the shop.

I wasn’t fully paying attention during the episode but this caught my eye. Did I miss the part where they had a marker to make a “Jonny’s Retreat” sign?

If he feels even the tiniest bit slighted, he will not be able to let it go, even if it's something that is harmless. It's one thing to let Jeff get under your skin, but he seemed genuinely annoyed that Teal didn't want to show him her raft... which isn't even that big of a deal. You can tell he was somehow offended because he starts ranting about how the whole team is arrogant, and he hopes their ship sinks lol.

Speaking of Jeff...When Jeff bragged about getting the first big game kill, Matt's partner laughed it off and was like, "He's just overcompensating because he's lost a lot." That's reasonable, and it's how a normal person handles someone like Jeff, they just laugh and move on. Matt ignored her and just ranted about Jeff. Man, if you were so above him, you wouldn't fall for the bait every time.

Everybody's thinking it? And lacey just simply said it..nope.
