I’ve been patiently waiting for this one since 2024. One of my all-time favourite games deserves a proper centrepiece in my collection, and TriEagles Studio has a pretty solid reputation for delivering exactly that.

When I first saw this statue, there really wasn’t much of a decision to make. This was the one.

What sold me is how well it captures 2B. She looks beautiful and elegant without leaning too heavily into the sexualisation that a lot of other 2B statues go for. Nothing wrong with those, obviously, but personally I wanted something that felt like it could actually exist within the world of the game and stay true to her original design.

(Yes, yes. “In before self-destruct.”)

The wait became considerably harder when I saw that the statue had finally been loaded onto a freight ship in late July. That might genuinely have been the longest month I’ve experienced in a while.

Now that she’s finally here, though? Absolutely worth it.

The interchangeable heads are a great addition, but I actually prefer the clean look of the realistic, non-visor head. That head sculpt was one of the main reasons I chose this particular statue in the first place, and seeing it in person definitely justified that decision.

The overall sculpt and presentation are fantastic, and there’s a ton of detail throughout the base that doesn’t necessarily come across in promotional pictures. It’s the kind of piece where you keep noticing little things the longer you look at it.

My one actual gripe is the lilies. They aren’t magnetised and instead rely on friction to stay in place. It works, but it doesn’t feel particularly secure on a statue at this price point. I ended up adding a tiny dab of putty just for some extra peace of mind.

Other than that, I’m extremely happy with it. After waiting since 2024, it feels slightly surreal to finally have it standing in my collection.

TL;DR: The statue is gorgeous, the wait was painful, the lilies could have been handled better, and I’m very happy to be the owner of #302/399.

Hey everyone, I was cleaning out an old storage attic and found this huge Emil head. I think someone made it a while back with paper mâché, plaster, and acrylics. It even has sculpted 3D teeth and eyes. 😬 It's got a few cracks, which honestly makes it look pretty cool and authentic. Sadly, I don't really have space to display him here (and that smile is so creepy), but I thought he was too cool to just throw away.

Thought you guys might like to see him! Has anyone else ever seen custom NieR props like this just lying around? I did a little research, but there's not much to go on.

Finally got the Platinum 🥹🏆

I used the Samurai outfits on my latest playthrough to get this plat!

Man, that was one of the longest journeys for a Plat I have ever done. Took me almost 90 hours! (I did not get to count the endless Loads on my save files whenever I didn’t get the Black Pearl or Eagle Egg lol).

Truly an enjoyable game. I loved every minute of it. Trophies did get frustrating at times but the music is PEAK so i didn’t care much haha.

2 platinums done. I’m ready for the next NieR.

So soon is state of play with news coming up from jp studios. Do we have any hope that Yoko taro is showing off anything? I mean look:
Square enix didn’t show anything new in the last 2-3 years since they have intern problems with investors right now e.t.c, but in the last 2-3 months they gave us news about kh4, ffp3, ff resonance. So that’s why I thought we might see new nier/drakengard in this state of play.

Or maybe I am just delusional(probably that)

I've seen several fans who are really, really bothered that there are people who have only played the game because of 2B's physical attractiveness And not because of history or philosophy, to the point of insulting them severely,I'd like to know your opinion on those certain people who played the game solely because of 2B's physique And not because of the story, the gameplay, or the soundtrack (which is great, by the way)., and whether it bothers you or not?
