No encuentro otra medalla similar, no me interesa su precio, su origen histórico es lo que quiero saber, se que fue hecha en los años 2000, pero quiero saber si hay más medallas iguales

Worth Grading?

inherited my dad’s huge coin collection. The coins shown were all purchased late 60’s early 70’s and are still in their original holders. They are all uncirculated except for 2 and all have beautiful gold, red and rainbow toning that these pics don’t do justice to. I want to sell them, and I’m considering sending them off to be graded. I know several of them are worth high 100’s and more with grades of 62+. Please give me your opinion on which ones you think are worth sending off and what you might grade them. Appreciated!

Treasured Maple leaf. Do anyone have any back ground on these coins I order this from the Canadian mint there was a small premium on it. Do I just leave these in the original packaging. Is it worth buying one of these over a regular maple. With less premium

The two 1 mark coins 1914(upper) and 1915 (lower) are 90% silver(.900 fine) and 10% copper, the 1914 coin was minted at the Muldenhütten minting facility and the 1915 coin was minted in Berlin

The 2 mark coin from 1938 was minted in Vienna, Austria after it's annex in march 1938 therefore it bears the B mint mark, it is 62.5% silver (.625 fine) and 37.5% copper

Thoughts on value?

Bought generic bullion coin and got one that was new to me. It’s a limited edition so does this increase value? Not graded and not in perfect condition.

Damage, doubled die, or bad eyesight?

I’m building a book of pennies. On this one, look at the last digit in the date. Is it a one or a zero? Is that die doubling or post mint damage? All thoughts welcome. I’m on the fence about both questions.

This got us talking in the office: What do population reports miss?

Population numbers are useful, but we all know they don’t tell the whole story.

We got into a conversation about what you look at after you’ve checked the pop report. Survival estimates came up. Resubmissions. How often examples actually appear on the market. Condition rarity.

Curious where this group lands. What makes you look at a population number and think, “Yeah, but that’s not the whole story”?

This dime is almost black. Is it an annealing error, or has it just been left outside?

I've seen a few awesome roman coins I've seen there but I have no knowledge of authenticity or value. Are these guys legit?
