I recently toured Anova and I loved everything about it. I am interested in moving forward with applying for an apartment there. I saw that their utilities are handled by a third party, Simplebills. I found nothing but horrific reviews regarding their billing practices. Tons of complaints say that simplebills greatly overcharges for utilities, that they refuse to provide evidence of the utility bill amounts if you question them, and that they will retroactively charge further amounts/fees after you have already made your monthly payments. None of the reviews for Anova make any mention of being overcharged for utilities or having issues with their utility bills. I wanted to verify if maybe anyone on here had information for their utilities billing experience at Anova through simplebills. I also wanted to ask if Anova is good about fixing any maintenance issues that may arise and basically any other useful information any past tenants can provide. I‘d greatly appreciate any information that anyone can provide!

Not a promotion. This is a long shot but I’m asking for research purposes. Salon hair stylist and barbers, do feel like there are enough sharpeners to sharpen your tools when you need them? Would you trust a new sharpener?
