Knit - Call for Testers Looking for a few knitters to test my new Letter A pattern 🧶

Hi everyone! ❤️
I’ve been working on a new knitting pattern for a Letter A, and I’m finally at the stage where I need a few people to test it before I release it.
I’d really appreciate some help from fellow knitters. 🙏
The pattern includes a colorwork Letter A chart, and there are a couple of different ways to use the letter including working it directly into a garment and knitting it separately as a standalone letter.
.
You definitely don’t need to be a professional knitter. I’d actually love to hear from people who can tell me, “I didn’t understand this part” that kind of feedback is exactly what I need before publishing it. 😅
If you’d be interested in helping me test it, I’d be really grateful! You can leave a comment or send me a DM, and I can send you the details.
Thank you so much! 🧶❤️

Crochet chunky dog pattern

Beginner-Intermediate level

Due by next tues (18 aug), pattern will be sent as soon as testers are found, around 4 testers would be awesome!!!

Chunky chenille yarn reconmended, around 60m of base colour, 30m of two other colours, but most likely will use less yarn then that. Any colours are allowed, it is all personal, i ised light brown for body, white for nose/face markings and dark brown for ears.

Some sewing involved, just for nose and ears but are quite simple, time takes around 2hr for slow crocheters like me, but prob around 1hr for speedy crocheters

LOTS of feedback wantedas pattern was made for school project, and is first pattern i have ever wrote. I meed pots of feedback to reflect for my assingment. Will also need photos of finished project that will be added to final pattern.

So, if you are interest or know anyone who is contact me under this post

After testing you will get the final free pattern before i release to public!

THANK YOU!!!

Crochet - Full New to pattern design, just wanted to do something small and simple to figure out the process

Post image
33 Upvotes

I love to freehand projects and wanted to try turning them into actual patterns. I know this frog is unoriginal, but something small was better for working out formatting.

For testing, I was hoping to have 3 to 8 people test. There are two versions with only one row changed, but only one is needed per tester.

I used a 3.75 mm hook with worsted yarn, but you can use whatever yarn you want.

As for a deadline, I still need to set up Instagram and ravelery, maybe esty too, so probably won't need to have this finished until around August 29.

Only requirement is I would like to use discord for collaboration between testers.

Crochet - Call for Testers Tapestry crochet pattern tester

I am looking for someone who is willing to test some tapestry crochet patterns that I designed. They are based off of BT21 characters so I don’t know if i should include a disclaimer but this is it if I do. My original thought was to turn them into a shaped purse now I am thinking to turn them into plushies. I have a total of 8 patterns. You can try all of them, just one or any number between. A couple of things my patterns don’t have is yarn specifications, and they don’t tell you to chain one and turn. If you are interested let me know. I can send a picture of the pattern or I do have a pdf file for them on my computer. I have tried a few of the patterns and they only take me a couple of days to finish so they are not very big. One pattern is 53 stitches at its widest point ( that is the widest one) and another pattern has 53 rows(tallest one). These are the first patterns I have designed and they curl, I don’t know if it’s the design or my tension so I would really appreciate the help.

Hello everyone, this is my first time ever posting on reddit so I hope I do it correctly. This is my second ever crochet pattern I created and I am looking for testers to check if everything is written correctly/pictures are clear and so on.

Im looking for testers until August 15th 2026 and the pattern testing period is 3 weeks (from August 16th to September 6th, this is rather a strict deadline.

This is not a beginner friendly pattern and I would love to see your work before deciding if you are a suitable choice for a pattern. It requires sewing, color changing while chaining, working with variety of stitches and adding multiple parts to a piece with attaching the yarn to the main base of the plushie.

You can use whatever yarn you want and I would love to see him in the same size or bigger :D
I used 2mm chenille yarn from aliexpress and 2mm hook.

Pattern test will be proceeded in canva so this is a requirement to test! I would be happy if you could join an instagram group chat but it’s not necessary.

I am most active on my instagram - @kluska.crochet, but I will try to be as active as possible here to answer any questions. If you are interested in testing, please write that in the comments :)

Crochet - Call for Testers Made my first pattern and would like to ask the help of testers please!

Thumbnail

Hi everyone! I had never made a pattern before and don't even have a lot of experience with patterns overall so I would like to ask for the help of some kind souls to help me out, try the pattern and maybe give me some feedback if it's well presented, easy on the eyes, user friendly and easy to read.

I would also want to ask the community overall if there's any safe rails on picking testers and/or something I should have on my pattern to prevent plagiarism or even straight out re-sale of it, either as a tester or later if I sell it 😅

Thank you so much!

As for info on timelines and such, would 5 days starting from the day I share the file, be enough for this?

Disclaimer: there's sewing of details. The veins and the highlights.

Crochet - Call for Testers Mini purse Keychain, need testers! (Pattern is made by a beginner) [prototype phase]

Post image
0 Upvotes

Requirements for testers:

Please give me feedback and let me know what I need to change to make everything more clear, what didn't work for you, ect

There is no time frame it has to be done but I would prefer feedback in a week

Info:

Pattern takes me about 40 minutes but I'm a beginner

There is instructions, photos and suggestions in the pattern

Needs: Sewing, a button, yarn, hook

I used light weight 100% acrylic yarn and a 3.00 mm crochet hook (I thrifted the yarn and it had no information on it)

This is the most unoriginal pattern in a series I am working on, I did come up with this pattern from complete scratch, this is version 2. There are parts that still need revision but I do not know where to go so thatd why I am getting testers. If you'd like to work with me and test all my paterns I'd love that. Testing is free and I plan to make the finished price 2.99 or 3.99

I will be making another with a blend of acrylic and cotton yarn to be the official cover one (once pattern is tested) and the pictures in the pattern will be replaced. I just need to know if anyone else can understand how I've written the pattern!

My goal is to make it easy for beginners like me, cheap and functional with the only non crochet parts being the sewing and the button.

Let me know if you're interested!

I'll use reddit and Instagram to keep in touch!

Thanks so much to my testers!! I learned a lot from my first pattern being tested. One lesson was the need to keep myself organized as to how many and which testers I have as I got very confused very quickly. About 4/10 testers completely finished the pattern test. Thank you to everyone that tried the pattern and sent notes, it was so helpful!

thanks to
u/privacyandsecrets
u/berrybunnyberrybunny
u/shadedspaces
u/madamgreywolf
u/princessanne89

And special thanks to u/blissfullychicago who sent exceptionally thorough and detailed notes and pictures!!

I published my first pattern on Etsy, some people had expressed interest in the finished pattern so I hope it’s allowed to share the link! pattern link
