I think it’s significantly easier to get 0/100 than 100/100. There’s only one right choice for each question to get 100% but 3 right choices to get 0%.

On a 30 question test with 4 options each, getting a zero with random answers isn't THAT unlikely. About 1 in 5,600. Likely enough that I'd expect its happened to a good number of people.
