All I'm saying is, if the rich don't want to contribute to the society they profit off of, there's a very efficient way the French handled anti-social parasites not long ago which may need review.
I mean, sure, but it's not that the wealthy need to be taxed MORE, they need to be taxed SIGNIFICANTLY MORE. They need to be taxed a shitload more. They steal such a massive portion of the wealth that their current taxes aren't even a drop in the bucket, they're a rounding error at most.
The only thing trickling down is billionaire piss, but the dumbest, poorest people in the country demand that the billionaires be allowed to keep doing it.
This is kind of an overreaction. It is true that if we end up with deflation or stagflation, it's things will get REALLY bad (we have less tools to combat them. In fact you pretty much have to resort to extreme measures such as going to war to take resources), but having lower inflation doesn't necessarily mean it'll immediately change course.
