Why has no one filed a missing person’s report? Or gone through the process of assuming he’s dead with replacing him, until he either appears or a lawsuit determines if he’s alive or dead?
Because no one has presented any evidence that mitch is dead. It is not his obligation to prove he is alive, it is the obligation of the accuser to prove he is dead.
