Driving to Kingston from Toronto and want to avoid as much 401 traffic as possible.

I’m flexible on leaving anytime Sunday or Labour Day Monday (morning, afternoon, or night).

For anyone who does this drive often, what day and time is the smoothest run?

I noticed only recently that two classes I took (needed to) are back to back in my schedule but one is at the Isabel Bader centre.

Is this an impossible commute? Do I need to leave lecture early every time to make it?

I am coordinating vacation schedules with a larger group of people and we are thinking ahead to summer 2027 so we can block schedules, request time off at jobs, etc.

The program calendar (Commerce) says exams could go to April 23, so I figured it would be safe to plan something as of April 25. Is it reasonable to assume that most jobs wouldn’t start until the second week of May? I can’t seem to find any specific start dates. Looking at banking/consulting roles in Toronto. If I need to be ready to start work by May 3 that would impact the planning.

I realize that a job isn’t guaranteed by any means but would also obviously want to plan for the best case scenario - that I get a role and am able to start with the rest of the class.

is it normal to keep your stuff in your second year house/ apartment over the summer? I’m from out of province and am a bit worried about the transition from res to off campus housing. Will I have to throw most of my stuff away or get a storage unit?

In running Office on a Queen’s license and having trouble with some add-ins that I need for work. Notably Claude for Excel, which is supposed to feed data to a supervisor’s whatsit.

Is this expected behaviour? Does anyone else on a school license have this problem (meaning I should switch to the workplace license), or has anyone installed Add-Ins successfully (meaning it’s a me problem and fixable)?
