How do actually learn to max output the damage on this champ. It feels like the champ is weak and can't kill anyone or is countered by everyone. What things do I need to do to get better at combos and what do I need to be focused on?

Hey, I'm a Rengar OTP and recently managed to hit Platinum and then Emerald for the first time playing him. I hit Emerald last week, which was a pretty big achievement for me.

This weekend, I started playing on another account that was Plat 1, while still getting into roughly the same MMR as my Emerald account. Since then, I've literally been unable to win a single game. I've been losing for 3 days straight now and I genuinely don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I feel like I'm having very little impact on the map. Even when I get a lead, I feel like I don't know how to properly turn it into a win. Maybe my macro is bad, maybe I'm forcing plays too much, or maybe I'm not applying enough pressure around the map. I honestly can't tell anymore.

I'm not trying to blame my teammates or complain about matchmaking. I know there has to be something I'm doing wrong, but after so many losses I can't really identify the problem by myself.

I'd really appreciate some advice from experienced Rengar players. If someone could look at both of my OP.GGs and point out differences or patterns in my games, I'd really appreciate it. I'm mainly looking for some direction on what I should focus on improving.

Peaked plat, almost silver now. Even though I feel like I’m playing the best league I ever have.

Took a break from league, came back and I’m exploring what I want to push on next season. Yes, I have played too many roles this season, idc about that I’ll narrow it down for next season. I really just want some feedback on my Rengar. Love this champ. Having trouble closing games once I’m ahead, and I get ahead 9/10 games going into mid game. So I feel good about my early jungle fundamentals. Mid game I’m faltering in Gold. High elo games don’t play out like mine. My team doesn’t understand side laning or cross mapping.
I think my farm is good and micro is good. I definitely compensate fights when I review my games; leads to too many deaths. This is losing me games, but not every game.
I notice that there are some games I make 1 mistake and it’s just over. When I’m 1v9’ing, am I not allowed to make any mistakes?
In Gold, games go 30+ minutes and they aram so it’s hard to know what to do sometimes. Split and hope my team doesn’t engage a dumb fight? (They will). I cross map and they still try to go drag despite my pings. Wait for them to make a mistake and hover? What do I do in Gold elo to climb as Rengar when I have a lead going into mid game with a team that doesn’t play optimal macro? What’s my priorities? I can’t camp hover if they won’t even push side lane. I make a pick and they just want to reset rather than take something. Not sure what to do.
I feel like I’m better than everyone on the rift where I’m at right now consistently micro wise, but I struggle to lead my team to victory macro wise as jungle.
Any feedback would be helpful.

I'm fairly new to the jungle role, and I took a short break from League, nothing important. I thought it would be a good idea to challenge myself by learning a new role and playing a difficult champion. If I'm already playing League, I might as well do something that excites me.

I've spent hours learning the jungle clear, but I can't lower my clearing time to under 3:00 minutes. I've watched Rengar jungle clear guides from Natty and Scrub, but I can't identify my mistake. I can reach Scuttle with four stacks of passive with no problem, but never in under three minutes. I think I lose most of my time at Redbuff. I finish it at around 1:17, which is three seconds too late. I hit the Krugs at 1:19, which is two seconds too late, and finish the Krugs at 1:38. I think it's all because of a slow red buff clear. I will attach a short video of me clearing Redbuff.

All three legend options look like they'd be great on Rengar, but Alacrity seems to have overwhelming consensus. What gives?

So Im playing Rengar Ivern bot with a friend and we having so much fun and are climbing. But I wanted to ask here for some advice regarding build, runes, etc.

So for build i figured that standard assasian works best ofc bruiser works well when ahead but like with jgl rengar asassain is most of the times better than bruiser. First item i go cyclo or umbral depending if i have a pickaxe back. cyclo feels stronger and umbral i mostly go when not accelerated, caus of cheaper components. Both feel very good with all the bushes and jumping but Im wondering if Cyclo price is delaying the powerspike to much. After first item i go the other, so Cyclo>Umbral or vise versa if there is no need for serpans or EoN. In certain matchups I go serpans or EoN first but mostly second. As 3 or 4 I build LDR/MR then IE. Most of the time Im delaying tiamat and Profane a bit caus we can often freez waves for long with aggressive bushes. I also consider building Eclipse caus of rune synergy.

Ivern goes Moonstone>Redemption>Echos of Helia (Idk shit about Support/Enchanter items so there is that.

For runes i recently ran Conquerer, Triumph, Haste, Cut Down, Shield Bash, Revitalize. I take Conquerer because we have extended fights with extra brushes and this is the standard setup for me personally. Same for Triumph. Haste I take cause I feel like I can only play trades in lane when W is up, also later in teamfights i can continue jumping after killing the first target without having to worry so much about cds. Cut Down is just caus Natty runs it Im intrested what u guys think is the best rune here for adc rengar. Shield Bash and Revitalize synergys very well with ivern shields and in lane I have to often do a double W to trade or safe the trade. I also consider running FF in hard matchups like caitlyn or any poke where we struggel hard pre lvl3. Also what u guys think about electrocute?

Ivern runs Aery, Mana Flow, Transcendens, Gathering storm, Font of Life, Revitalize. My question is does double revitalize stack or should i as rengar opt for like Bone Plating for laneing phase?

For skill order i went standard Q>E>W as jgl rengar would go but i consider now going W>E caus W is often used in lane and cd reduction of W is important. Ivern goes Shield lvl 1 caus this is mandatory to farm lvl1 without taking to much dmg against range. After that its E>W>Q.

Most games we cant fight pre lvl 3 and need to let the wave push but after that we are fine when not getting completly weaksided. I also struggel to use R in lane for just amor shred and dmg caus normaly for jgl rengar u wouldnt do that.

How do we deal with impatient people who don't respect the jungler's death timer or ult timers? I'm ulting top, getting the tower, just to be pinged by my ADC for not playing on a hard-losing bot lane. Or my mid lane is begging for a gank before I even get my first camp at the start of the game. Or I get pinged for objectives with 0 prio, without any advantage, and then get blamed for cross-mapping.

All aside, they run it down on purpose because I didn't gank a hard-losing lane without any setup or while their summs are up. They "punish" me by taking my jungle for the rest of the game, yet they don't get banned for this shit.

I got blamed the whole fucking game for playing the way I should be playing, yet they were still trying to throw the game like I was the one who didn't deserve to win. Luckily, it’s just a low-MMR account that I’m using to learn Rengar. I managed to pull off a miracle later into the game.

is it worth it trying to otp rengar ? Everyone says hes weak rn and is he good to climb ranks with?

I like invading on Rengar, but i have one problem- idk when to strike. Most of the time enemy jungler doesnt see me when taking his red while im in the bush. Thus here is my question. Should i strike straight away when i just see him? Or do i wait until he loses some hp and cooldowns against red? How long do i wait? How do i know the perfect moment to strike?

Hey guys, I primarily play Rengar Jg, but when I play with friends, I usually play top lane. Are there any good guides people can link for Rengar top? I'm trying to figure it out and having mixed results depending on the games and matchups. Thanks in advance.

I usually dont pick rengar against that many tanks. I just aim for a good rengar assasin build I guess, and I am not that good at picking items either, so I was wondering what you guys think of this build. Also Im tryin fleetfootwork lately and I have been loving it.

THOUGHTS ON ITEMS

• Black cleaver: for dealing with their armor build and some health and movement speed for staying longer in fights
• eclipse: shield for myself
• seepents fang: for dealing with their multiple shields
• inmortal shieldbow: for having a second chance against tanks that deal 1 billion damage with 2 abilities
• boots: for the cdr (was considering going mercuries)
• ravenous hydra: waas going for it for the sustain

my fleet footwork, black cleaver, and eclipse got me out of sketchy situations my dumbass got me in, so it felt pretty good a build for a rengar against 4 tanks that always loose 1v1

So what do you guys think?, what would you change or what did I build wrong?

good afternoon, this is my average clear, not perfect but I recorded it in a single try. I feel like I could go down 5 seconds but I struggle to.

By static teammates i mean people who refuse any call, no objectives, no invades, nothing, sometimes they don't even follow ganks and you waste your R on them.

I'm running into many games (too many, it's getting tiresome) where i can't get people to follow an obvious play, which leads to enemy powerfarming jgl to outscale me and grope me for 20 minutes, i'm an agressive player, i like to play proactive but i feel like i just can't pull it with my team stuck on lane.

sometimes i have enough for brutalizer and enough for pickaxe + 1/2 long swords

when is the lethality + cd from brutalize better than pickaxe + X long swords?
