I’m unemployed and cannot afford it right now. Imagine if he wore this. His skin would be burning.

There is one episode of Corrections I can't find online anymore - episode 146. Does anyone have this backed up anywhere?

The longest feud in pop culture history has officially come full circle. Long before 2016, 2024, or Rosie packing up and moving to Ireland, this 20-year beef started right here.
Growing up in New York in the ’80s, anyone from the area knew exactly who Donald Trump was—a classic Queens/NYC nepo baby playing a billionaire on TV. Rosie saw through the act from day one, and the bad blood never stopped. Here is the exact 2006 moment that started it all, broken down on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

This was a great episode, man she can talk!! I listen at 1.3 speed and for the first time I thought about slowing down.
I had forgotten her father is Julien Temple who I know as a big video director in the 80s who also directed the film Absolute Beginners which time seems to have forgotten but it meant a lot to me back then.
Great job by Josh on the song as always. I wonder if I’ll ever be able to distinguish the brothers’ voices. It’s strictly context clues that tells me which one is speaking.

The July 30 episode was the NBC show's final first-run installment until September 21, marking the longest planned hiatus in the program's history.

I'm in Australia and it's my Friday night ritual. I reckon we find another show to find corrections for each week. Anyone?

*Or maybe “working class” is the better way to put it?
So, I just stumbled upon one episode because I’m a fan of the guest and I was really liking the humor and the vibes of the podcast (sorry, can’t think of a better word than “vibes” to describe it).
But as the guest started talking about family trips- spending whole summers at the beach away from their house, going to different countries or just across the country, going on boats and skiing and stuff. But what about if you’re from a lower class family? I barely went out of the state, and most of our vacations were just going to our grandparents house across the state.
I’m not criticizing them for this podcast idea or anything- I’m just curious. The Meyers brothers and this particular guest seem to have a similar, more affluent background- I’m guessing the episode is pretty different when they don’t.
Also, not gonna lie, if I listen to too many people talk about their childhoods getting to travel across the country or even to other countries or go on whole summer vacations, I’m gonna get bitter and stop listening lolol. I think I’d like to intersperse my listening with some episodes with guests with a more relatable background for me.
