Is it just Buby or does anyone else's cat get the zoomies after they 💩? I thought it was at random for a long time but I eventually caught on. Every time he goes 💩 he has the energy of a mini train 🚂 He has the normal case of zoomies like darting from room to room at ridiculous speeds, crawling up & even on the wall, howl-meowing, knocking everything off the table, clawing his inclined scratcher like he's trying to dig his way out of the house... I can't help but laugh cuz after he's done he sleeps like a little baby 💤 He may be a goofball but he's my goofball. I actually call him Gooby (goofball + Buby) 😂

Daisy came to me via the CDS in 2022, and I finally made her indoor only kitty about a year ago. She made one escape attempt a few weeks after that then had been so good since. I got complacent and today she made a break for it. 🤬

This is Sausage. He's the most food motivated cat I've ever had. He purrs constantly while eating too.

(Because I’ve gotten some people angry in the past posting Lee on a door, he is a ninja, he does it all the time, every time he does I get him down asap. I’m not tall enough to reach him, so I hold the door still as my roommate or boyfriend grabs a chair to stand on.)

My 10 year old girl, smitty! I’ve never owned such a crabby cat in my life. I don’t think she’s a cat for everyone but I love her and I love her sassy personality. I wish I lived a little more like Smitty. She demands what she wants, when she wants it and she’s not afraid to tell someone to fuck off when they’ve been in her space too long. She’s never been a big fan any cat toys, not even a cardboard box. But when my daughter brings the Barbies out…. She’s in heaven. She loves to batt them around, she puts her teeth through their hair, yet she’s somehow so gentle. She’s never damaged a single barbie yet she pulls them around the house to do whatever she does. Idk, just showing love to my girl! 🤍🖤🤍🖤

Had to go to the emergency vet at 1 am last night due to him trying to pee a bunch of times with little to no success and then licking his genitals right after. Thankfully I have seen others who have experienced similar issues and didn’t catch it or didn’t think about it too much until it turned more serious. This is your sign to prioritize your kitty’s life over money (not easy, but definitely worth it for me). His bladder was still small and soft and he wasn’t in a lot of pain or anything, waiting for urinalysis to come back but the vets said that there was not too much to worry about, and to switch him to a vet urinary food. Sucks because it really doesn’t matter how much water a cat drinks, urinary problems will most likely come for your little babies regardless of if you are doing everything right.
