Do you think a camera artifact creates the white light? Because the person filming thought this was a shooting star at first. Never in my life have I seen a glowing white bird fly at night.

Even birds reflect light. Everything you can see with your eyes (that isn't a light source itself), you see it because it is reflecting light. Humans, rocks, grass, buildings, trees, etc.. all reflect light.
There is a lot of ambient light in cities and a lot in that video as well.
Also, camera sensors are way more sensitive to light than our eyes and can make things seem brighter than they actually are.

The seagulls migrate in the winter and travel south along the river. They don’t stay here, you might catch some passing through in the winter, but that’s it.

Is "orb" just the new "ufo" or "flying saucer"? Why call it an orb? This subreddit's users are so ... untrustworthy? Credulous? Every day, another video of blurry lights in the sky, with the inference "I don't know what this is --> ALIEN GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY!!!" .

Looks like a bird attacking another bird, maybe two seagulls, you can see wings flapping and the shape of a bird in one frame. The sky does not look like a night-sky, no stars, and the sky has a gradient to it, brighter and more blueish further away, this suggests that the sun has just set, which means that the sun still shines up there. Could also possibly be a strong light source near by.
You can see what appears to be one star, but since you can only see one star it points towards being a planet, which is often easier to see when the sun has just set, or is about to rise.

Nah dude I filmed this like 3hrs ago, sun has been down for a long while, and it was kinda foggy/cloudy, but they were we’re flying in the clouds. I looked at any major events happening in Cincinnati and there weren’t any

Seagulls does not have to be at sea, quite often they are also where people live. You can test this, seagulls often circle around where they live, or where they hang out, try looking again at the same direction and at the same time again and see if you see birds there, or just look in general if you see seagulls there.
And whether it is sunset, sunrise or at night, you can clearly see that the sky does not show any stars, and that the sky has a gradient to it, not all black, it's summer now so night-sky will be brighter, but it could possible also be a strong light source from the ground shining onto these objects as well. But you can test and see if it is birds by checking it out again, often they circle around the same area.

Yes. I live here. There are no seagulls in Cincinnati. Maybe in north Ohio by the Michigan lakes? Not in Cincinnati. Mayyybe they follow the river south in the winter? That is what your report says. Mayyybe you can catch a few migrating in the winter? That’s it. I’m sorry, but they aren’t here.

I saw about 15 of these last night in Cincinnati with a friend, all going the same direction and then disappearing before they hit the horizon. It was honestly pretty crazy and I've never seen anything like that before

Get a nice bright light source casting light upwards, and you'll get bugs. And those swarms of bugs will attract birds and bats alike.

Yes I’ve seen this. Where is the spotlight in OP’s video? Where are the seagulls in Cincinnati? We don’t even have birds that fly at night in Cincinnati.

Just because there's not a visible spotlight beam doesn't mean there isn't one.
It doesn't have to specifically be seagulls. I doubt they're seagulls in the Luxor video either, it's rather a long way to any significant shoreline from there, too.
Edit: looking at the map & street view for St Bernard, Ohio (actual observation location). I-75 runs along the west side of town (direction of observation) and has lighting structures along it. And while they're directed downward a lot of light reflects from the ground and upwards. This is generally called "light pollution" and is why in cities you can't see as many stars as out in the country away from those city lights.

It doesn’t really look like birds to me but I can’t zoom in so maybe I just don’t see what others are seeing. Birds seem unlikely for the time of day and bats seem to fly lower to the ground like tree height and repeat the same path like a big circle. I’m curious the direction you were facing.
