Customer Experience Look at this sorry excuse of a bagel.
When I grabbed it off the counter after they made it, I thought to myself “that looks smooshed”.
Flat as fuck. Did they sit on it after they made it?!

I always wondered how much people from other stores were walking per day. I average about 5 miles per shift and usually 12-16k steps. Before starting this job I didn’t know I would be doing this much walking pumping gas. Obviously this only applies to NJ people but what numbers are you guys getting per day?

We used to get a container of chicken salad, not a sandwich ordered without toppings and bread and stuff, but a plastic tub with just chicken salad in it at a Wawa last year in PA and we lost the SKU they used to ring up. Anyone know it off hand? They said it wasn’t a commonly known thing and they wrote it down for us and it has since gone missing and they just opened a Wawa right down the road from us here in our new Tennessee home. Thank you :)

Just got done a terrible night at work. Stopped at a Wawa I don't get good coffee from. This made my day better

I just saw that marshmallow came back. I got an iced coffee with marshmallow flavoring in it yesterday and today, I did 3 pumps of marshmallow flavoring and about a pump of chocolate and topped it off with graham cracker crumbs. I think this has to be my new favorite combo surpassing the chocolate covered strawberry coffee I used to get. 2-3 pumps of strawberries and cream and either a pump of chocolate syrup or chocolate topping).

I've only been with Wawa for two months or so, so I'm curious how the holiday will affect my check or if it will? My payday is technically Friday but I usually get paid Wednesday between 12:45 and 1:05 pm in the afternoon.

No real or important reason for this post, but these are the sauces in your favorite beverages.
Enjoy reading the ingredients.. I guess?

Can you use a gift card loaded onto the app to get gas?

Hi, so I’m gonna stay vague about what happened because my coworkers might lurk on here, but I ended up injuring myself during a shift because of our cleaner and subsequently lost three days of work because of being unable to see. Recieved 6 pts obviously and recently began the process of LOAing to get rid of it.
After originally believing it was random, I realized it was because of the cleaner, and ended up having to refile my LOA as work related and file an incident report.
That turned my LOA into a WC instead. Now I’m worried I might lose my job. I just wanted the points off.
I’m currently at 11pts. Am I safe from being fired for too many points rn?

I’m a Wawa employee and I recently got fired because of the point system. What’s confusing me is that my points were showing that some of them were supposed to fall off, and when I checked, I was at 5 points.
When I went into the office with my manager, she saw that I was at 5 points. She then went into the calendar/system and changed the date to look farther back. After she did that, the system refreshed and suddenly I was at 11 points, and I was fired.
I’m confused because I thought points were supposed to expire/filter out after a certain amount of time. If the system was already showing that points were going away and I was at 5, can a manager change the date range to include older points that had already fallen off or were supposed to fall off?
Does anyone know when points can be filtered/removed from the system and whether a manager is allowed to change the date range to bring older points back into the calculation?
I’m mainly trying to figure out whether this was handled correctly or if I should talk to HR about it. Has anyone else had something similar happen at Wawa?

If your card declines while doing the app for gas… please, I seriously mean it, PLEASE wait till the “unable to process transaction” screen goes away. Stop trying to do it again because it will say “pump is offline” because you wanted to do it again (even tho it declined the first time) instantly… wait a moment or use a different card. Because most of the time, it aint gonna work again.

AM has all GMs cascading out that every team member has to get a name mention per month on VOTC or will be documented… this actually allowed/enforceable? Seems absolutely absurd imo curious ab others, plenty of people who are great but mainly work “back of house” will likely never get name mentions…

Hi
I'm desperately trying to find this shirt. I had a chance to get one months ago and I didn't have the funds.
It would be really awesome if anybody could point me in the right direction.
eBay only has a small
I'm an XL but I'd take a XXL if I had to

Over 500 former Wawa locations including former Wawa Store #832 at 5455 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE (pictured). If you know a missing store number, spot a pin that looks wrong, see a duplicate, or know of a closed store that's not on this list, post it below.
Hey guys.
I gave my availability for my seasonal part time job & my class schedule, both 4 weeks in advance, but my GM was fired 2 days ago & the new GM doesn't seem to know my availability. I'm going to go in 1 hour early today to talk to the new GM (or the MOD) to get this straightened out, but I'm annoyed I have to do this at all.
I texted my old GM, I left sticky notes, I told my MOD, and they literally went 4 weeks ahead operating schedule to schedule me on a day I am NOT available to work. I'm literally still in the window to call out, but they're probably gonna tell me to find somebody to cover that shift, even though I told them 4 weeks in advance that I am busy with my second job that day.
I made sure to make all of the dates of my part time seasonal job (its only 6 weeks for Halloween) a request off so they can't schedule me for any further hours that infringe on my part time seasonal job, but I'm so mad.
I wish that the store just gave me an email to send all my availability updates to so I didn't have to come in & tell a MOD & have it get lost & then have to call out because they scheduled me for a day and hours where I am in class or working elsewhere.

Does anyone know the song that has been playing recently at Wawa that is almost if not all saxophone? I don't recall there being any lyrics.

Camden, Monmouth, Ocean, Salem counties readying new Wawa convenience stores.
Four new stores under development are a sign that demand remains strong for the convenience chain known for its made-to-order hoagies, coffee and fuel service.
The most advanced project is in Upper Pittsgrove, where Wawa is replacing its longtime Pole Tavern Circle store with a larger location featuring gas pumps.

I am currently a TS on the bench for CSS and I’m just about ready to jump ship. I thought I could turn this into my career, I just simply can’t make it to GM with everything I see happening, sure the pay, the hours(at least I think), benefits are nice but at what cost ? So my questions for any former managers that see this, where did you pivot too? What level of management were you when you decided to give it up? Would you say you’re happier now than when you were with wawa ??

Was said that later in the summer the half gallon Diet Green Tea will return, still not finding it. Anyone seeing it yet at their store?
