I helped clean up a couple festival aftermath, found copious amount of cash and explicit drugs, even found a Nintendo switch. The people cleaning up are definitely coming up. I snagged 2 lightweight backpacking tents as well.
Years ago a friend of mine worked clean-up at the Mississippi River Festival in Illinois. What it lacked in wages it made up for in found cash and drugs.
