For those not in the UK, the modern Reading festival has somewhat become "roadmen and 16 year olds doing MDMA and Ketamine for a weekend", so its not surprising that they dont really give a shit about the state they leave the place in.

Holy Moly i got an automated account warning from reddit for that explanation. I’m not even positive why. Um…google it I guess.

Yeah, I think you used a banned word to describe a population of people known for this lifestyle. I looked it up, thanks

I've had one of those trying to recently explain that hitting people with cars has a comically low punishment. It's how you word it. If the algorithm feels at all like your are promoting "something", even if that thing is objectively true and it didn't have an ulterior motive, you get hit with an account warning.

Even just trying to explain this process has taken a lot of gymnastics.

You mean to tell me the reading festival is not about reading?

Reading (pronounced Redding) is a city in the UK.

Shit I go to camping fests in the states doing said things and most people i see pick up the best they can. Might be a few abandoned canopies that broke in the wind but nothing like this

Why do they keep hosting it??? Seems like a bad idea.
