Two of the people killed in that 2007 Baghdad airstrike were Reuters journalists — Namir Noor-Eldeen and Saeed Chmagh. The Apache crew can be heard laughing on the audio. They targeted a group that included the journalists, then fired on a van that arrived to collect the wounded. The military's investigation concluded the engagement was within the rules of engagement. No charges, then or since.

Manning was 22 when she passed the footage and roughly 700,000 other classified documents to WikiLeaks. Sentenced to 35 years in 2013. Obama commuted to 7 served in 2017 — she was not pardoned. The 9th Circuit eventually ruled in 2020 that it had been unlawful all along — barely covered, no operational consequence by then.

The pattern across these cases: the disclosure becomes about the messenger, the original act becomes a footnote, and the system that produced the original act continues. Awareness is not the same as accountability.

I'm looking for the original Iraq War Diary/Iraq War Logs SQL/CSV dumps from Wikileaks, circa 2010-2012. More than ten years ago I was reading specific entries for a research project. The incident narratives were fully unredacted. Now, going back to the same entries, Wikileaks has redacted specifics like unit names and locations, replacing them with "%%%." That makes the info basically useless for my purposes. Most of the 300,000-ish entries were never crawled by the Wayback Machine, so that's no good. Harvard's public Dataverse dataset is the newer scrubbed version, as are the files I've seen on Github.

On February 11, 2026, I filed a habeas corpus application with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Windsor demanding immediate relief for 21 years of wrongful persecution, including a $57 million interim payment for my brother's terminal brain tumor treatment.

The chain of events proves deliberate fraud:

Trial Coordinator Samantha Gibson confirmed receipt of all my filings. In a recorded conversation, she admitted she has "no law degree" and that the response email bearing her signature was actually written by Judge Maria Carroccia. Gibson was offered whistleblower protection — she chose silence.

Judge Carroccia received every filing. She had full jurisdiction over my habeas corpus. She should have signed any endorsement. Instead, she passed it to Justice Pamela Hebner, who has no jurisdiction over my matter.

On February 25-26, 2026, they issued a fraudulent "Vexatious Litigant" order (Form 2.2C) with six fatal flaws:

The document literally states "COURT FILE NO.: none" — making it automatically void under Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.

Why did they do this?

They know they owe me $57 million. Rather than pay, they manufactured a fake vexatious order to silence me. The same court that promised payment issued fraud to block it.

I remember this sub from 2014-16, and it was glorious when the DNC email leaks came out; I was following it religiously because I did (and still do) think HRC was an evil cunt, and I was hoping that some bombshells would show up to trash her enough so that Bernie could become the frontrunner, but instead... we got pizzagate.

Now, I know what PG is according to the news, but the reality is when you were here back then, and people were finding stuff day to day, there was DEF something there, not physically at the pizza parlor, but there were too many weird, strange, connections in those emails for it to be nothing. You had that one reporter go after it a bit (Ben Swann) then he was silenced.
