I’m an incoming freshman at Worcester State and I was wondering if there was anywhere close to campus where there is free overnight parking where I could leave my car. I have applied for a parking pass already so I’m looking for somewhere to keep my car in the meantime.

I did some research and I read that some streets, for instance, Ruth Street which is close to campus, you are allowed to park there indefinitely. Is that true?

A stabbing took place right in front of the Mercantile Building downtown around 2:30 pm 08/31. Young guy in his early 20’s was the victim. Shout out to the man who helped him by calling 911. It’s ridiculous we have savages roaming around among us. Be safe folks.

Police Chase + Car Crash aftermath at Kelley Square. Heard the crash while inside and came out just in time to see the wpd running up on the guy and yelling to get on the ground. Tons of squad cars and 1 ambulance and I believe a tow truck. I regularly cross the street that the pickup truck plowed through before it crashed. Stay safe yall and make sure you look both ways before crossing

My family and I are flying out of Worcester airport in January next year for the first time. Despite everyone saying flights are expensive, we happened to find flights MUCH cheaper than Logan or TF Greene. Big win there.
