Pooling these together for anyone who might be wishing to support individual contestants.
A lot of these are dormant but I thought I'd share them anyway in case anyone wanted to pick them up.

Although the format went a bit weird (an extended bootcamp stage wasn't necessary - and the Saturday/Sunday split was just odd) I thought it was one of the stronger ones talent wise for the post-2010 series.
The closest thing they really had to a novelty act was Slavko (and he did Eurovision so it's not like he was a bad singer) so Sam Black basically got the rough deal instead at the live shows.
Six weeks of live shows was too short though.

For the record, I kind of doubt Cheryl and Dannii would do it again. But I think if I were in that producer's seat, my first motive would be to try and bring back the golden eras' panel 😂

Some of the performances I remember most had flaws but actually had personality. These days talent shows can sometimes feel like everyone has been polished to the exact same standard. Do you think the old X Factor rewarded personality more than technical ability?

I know it was the whole idea around their respective arcs but in terms of stage presence you can really see a difference between Matt Cardle & Rebecca Ferguson's auditions and their performances in the final.
Joe McElderry too for similar reasons.

Treyc Cohen had the pimp slot in week 1 and Simon said her vocal was the best of the entire competition, but out of 16 acts she only came 8th that week.
I think as the competition went on, some of the song choices probably didn't do her justice but that's one example that stands out to me.

Rachel Adedeji, Danyl Johnson, Amelia Lily, James Arthur and Che Chesterman all went from second last to 1st the following week.
JLS nearly achieved it (only 0.2% off Alexandra). Matt Terry too technically - though only on the Sunday final.
Misha B and Andrea Faustini went from bottom to 2nd.
The reverse has only happened once - where Rachel Adedeji went from 1st to last (9th). Che Chesterman went from 1st to second last (3rd).

Just seen on Twitter , Super TV posted a deal is close to being made - god I would love it to come back but If so how would you make it? For me room auditions , old school boot camp, no stupid 6 chair challenge but defo judges houses! Judges keep Simon away but it lives and dies on the panel I think
