"August 1971 - Bo Diddley played the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. A couple of months prior, he had been in ABQ for a smaller, impromptu show at the city's famous "Roach Ranch West" head shop, along with Cookie, Manuel Barje on bass and Mike Fleming on drums. In remembrance of Manuel, who supplied me with these pics and who sadly passed earlier this year"
