I plan on making orange tubes for the limbs. I’ll try 6 stitches around, maybe some bobble stitches for the thumbs. I don’t really know how to go about the feet. Maybe I need to make some separate pieces and then attach or do something simple and build out from the legs.

I think she should have hair, but maybe as a pumpkin witch, the big hat is enough. I was thinking dark purple to match her lips and eyelashes if I do give her hair, maybe two little braids

I'm growing my YouTube channel I want to make a crochet horror story series. I want to know what crochet horror story do you have! Like unhinged, bad customer, vendor cancels and such. You'll stay anonymous in my videos.

The little dumpling was a side project but fit it. He’s the only thing yarn under. I like how it looks but I’m so slow and it isn’t comfortable to do. I need to keep working on my method. I know my tension is on the tighter side.

Everything else is yarn over, which is a lot faster and more confortable for me to do. I was doing a lot of blo, practicing wheat stitches and bobbles on the pumpkins. They’re just rows and then I decreased along the sides and sewn the ends together, tightly wrapped yarn around the pumpkins and back through the centers to make the pumpkin shape.

I used these tutorials for the leaves/ inspiration on how to go about them. I really like the pumpkin style one. The vines are just chains with scs going down

The coasters, I kind of started them off as willow squares and then free handed shaping them to somewhat look organically like pumpkins. I increased everything to keep it flat but used differed stitch heights to shape.

You think I have too many patterns??!! 🤪 I’m close to 200 patterns free and paid for. There’s just too many things to make!!

I’m always crocheting for others, so this was MY GIFT to MYSELF! I took time out of the day just to watch my Valks play and each game, I’d crochet pieces of my cardigan and hat! The cardigan was finished on Father’s Day and holds a meaning more special than I could have ever imagined.

I lost my uncle just days after finishing this cardigan. He sat right beside as I finished the cuffs on the sleeves. I had no idea that would be my last time seeing him. His memory, the love and care that he consistently displayed will live on through this project and within me. Here’s to you, Uncle Funky!! 💜

Hi everyone, I’m a female but I want to get into designing mens crochet clothing patterns. Does anyone have any advice on certain designs/concepts that would be best for men? Thank you in advance!

Hi all! For one of my holiday makes this year I am crocheting Hannah Drapinski's Spiral Sweater for my sister. Her vibe for clothing is kinda 90s witchy/whimsigoth and her favourite colours are purples pinks and blues, so I'm planning to make the Colour B for the spiral a variegated yarn with that kind of aesthetic. This colourway of the King Cole Riot DK (I believe it's called "Party") would be perfect, except it's a single ply yarn which I absolutely *loathe* crocheting with. Does anybody know of anything similar that isn't a single ply? I need it to be either a DK or Aran weight (3 or 4 if you work better off numbers), and I prefer a natural fibre though I'm not opposed to acrylic provided it's not scratchy. I'm also currently between yarn winders so ideally nothing in hank form, though I'm not opposed to that either if the colour is pretty enough.
