it was kinda a crazy few days with the whole update being broken. but I am happy to announce that EVERYONE should have the WORKING update now. and a huge shout out to overcurve for going out of his way to restore items that were deleted. For some people that played the early certain items got deleted from their inventory, making their loadouts, broken and corrupted meaning that they couldnβt play however overcurve fixed all of that. In my case, I gave him a list of every single item that I lost, and he went out of his way to make a promo code that gave me the item back. He did this with a few other people that also lost their items during the craziness. That was the update. and everyone should also like I said above, have the update and be ready to play it thank you all for your patience and I hope that you enjoy playing the volcanic chasm. Happy Corebounding!

I was informed by this by MemesSSChara on YouTube and u/Scared_Remove_8422 on Reddit!
1: The image itself, many things are going on.
Enemy number 1 (Pyroclast?), a body similar to the Flareling. Probably uses a thruster. Is the one that Overcurve is talking about when they said that it is similar to a fan enemy that's on the next slide.
Fanmade enemy similar to enemy number 1, credits to u/GD_Riz10. It seems enemy number 1 won't be underground and pop up, but it might still launch upwards or even fly, but I'm not sure about the latter.
Enemy number 2 (Forgeling?) with enemy number 1 on top. A rectangular enemy, it seems like enemies can use it as a platform, as seen with enemy number 1, but maybe we, the player, can too. Probably charges at us. It also seems like it has thrusters on both sides. Uses the hover technology similar to the Flareling and elevators in Beacon City.
Enemy number 3 (Smolderhide, confirmed), a multi-segment worm-like driller enemy. Most likely a combination of Tunneler and Drill, probably can appear out of the ground (Drill) and dig out of the ceiling (Tunneler). Also seemingly uses hover technology, which probably means that it simply hovers over the ground then digs into it and also hovers over lava to cross it instead of digging into it, although there's a possibility that it can still dig through the lava. There's also a possibility that it can hover upwards and enter/dig through the ceiling.
Enemy number 4, a ball with magma spikes, either it can hover, is stuck in place, or acts as a boulder with gravity, most likely the latter. Does contact damage.
Possibly a new weapon, can be a beam-like attack with a charged gimmick, think Nova plus Ranger. It could also be a redesign of the Ranger weapon, but it's less likely.
Parts of Kinetic Workshop in the background, pipes and elevators, fitting with the lore that the Geared level is on top of the Magmatic level and uses it as a massive energy source.
The weapon of enemy number 1, most likely spills out lava like the fanmade enemy in number 3. Can also be a new weapon.
New platforms, seems to be specialized and not just pieces of volcanic rock or terrain. The platform where enemy number 1 can be seen lifting off from.
Interestingly, the boss isn't shown in this picture.
Comment if I missed anything!

Sooooo, I made two titans for the upcoming glided sector thing and IDK which titan to pick. Like I told you the description of the Ground Heron but not the Colossal Tunneler. The Colossal tunneler is a larger varient of the tunneler from Icy Hollows. It has the mechacnics of the wiremaw and tunneler but can move with its weird looking legs to grab you and smash you to pieces. Thats all the information anyway.

I wanted to know how odd are the chances to get 3 spectrums in the same place, it happened to me just now. I couldn't get a screenshot of it because my build obliterate them before I could react

All I can say is that it works just amazing. In my opinion and experience, it's pretty balanced and allows to pass all levels in just around a minute, while still giving lots of looting.
I saw many people not using drone, which is such a miss, because not only it picks up loot for you, which makes you pass levels almost without stopping and going back (unless to kill an enemy that you forgot to), but also kills Spectrums for you if they're too high for you to reach, therefore allows to potentially farm even more cores.
Surge crystal kills and hits multiple enemies, which again, makes passing the level just faster, and I just agree with it being the most OP weapon of the game.
If anyone wants, I can also film a video about how efficient it is.

Currently farming workshop to upgrade magnifiers and my hull, since I'm satisfied with my damage output
Anyway I'm loving the game so far and I'm looking forward to the 8β area

I decided to go slowly, killing the boss one by one and then I decided to attack the rest of enemies the same way

basically it would be a never ending mode where u fight hordes of enemies going through sectors with each sector changing depending on the boost which would gradually increase up to the point in which u are in game(so it would start out with scrap level enemies and would increase is boost level while addingt he enemies from the resepctive boost level) and using higher level equipement will increase the cap but not the enemies so if u were to use geared equipement but are currently in icy hollows u will get enemies boosted to geared but no enemies from kinetic workshop as to not ruin the experience
alternatively to make it simpler it could simply be unlocked by completing the final current layer of the game(in todays case volcanic chasm)
there also will be time and score for leaderboards
although the explanation probably wasnt clear dont hesitate to ask questions or mention potential changes yall would like to see(and with more or so constructive critisism so i could understand and do better next time)
and as to why i want to have this added, well it would be something nice to have for people to play and potentially have friendly competitions with this apart from the main game

I have a habit of statistically analysing wierd things sometimes and so I had once tried to find out the effect of magnifiers on the loot in game. I ran multiple experiments with all kinds of build and played a game with each build at different percentage of magnification. I know most of you might not be able to read anything that I wrote, so basically the conclusion was that 100% magnification gives out best loot without sacrificing too much on other things and also the rate of returns with increasing the magnification after that diminishes.

Just one more run bro. Just one more. I swear I will find a spectrum this time. Just one run.
*Doesn't find spectrum
Just one more run, I'll find it is on this next run. I know it
*Finds spectrum
I can't quit while my luck is this good. I found one, I'll find another. Just one more run. You'll see, I'll find another one
