I wonder this about a lot of stuff. I saw a video of a woman twerking and she accidentally poops herself a little bit. She was alone. She could have been streaming herself and someone recorded it. But I wonder why in the hell they'd upload that themselves if it WAS them.

I theorize it's due to a very unhealthy relationship with "being online."
You know how they say "Any attention is good attention" when referring to kids who act out because they feel emotionally abandoned?
I don't think these kinds of people had any sort of validation or normal recognition when they were young, but instead grew to associate stuff like "views" as actual social interaction and attention instead.
It doesn't matter if it's bad. All that matters is whether you can go viral with it.

Don't think it has anything to do with virality. It's just an outlet for attention. Everyone wants attention. Some of us just don't have a healthy place to get it. What makes it worse is that people will look at this and see it as shameful, bad, and inexcusable. They don't look at it and see sadness, depression, pure helplessness, and pain.

I think the viral nature IS the attention.
If some people noticing feels good, having the world notice you in incomparable.
When it's harmless (outside of maybe embarrassing yourself), it's one thing, but a lot of people have begun to seek their attention through tormenting others or harassment for the supportive views.

I never understand why people willingly give out info like that. There's humor in it but it would just kill me. I know a guy who has a friend he always refers to as Ol' Shit-ass and I asked him why he kept calling him that. Turns out the guy got blackout drunk, slept with a woman, and when he woke up he had pooped in the bed they were both sleeping in. I would be making monthly payments for life to pay for that woman's silence. Lol.

I lost my job recently. He is probably drunk and this is a desperate call for help.
I get it. I can't find a job within a 5 mile radius. I have to decide whether I should pay my rent in two weeks or use the money to bribe someone to look after my cat. I love my cat, so I'm also considering resorting to crime.
Could I even prostitute myself? How do muggers get away with it? I know for a fact I can synthesize chemicals,but how would I sell them? Who would buy them?
Once you're in this scenario, it's easy to understand why someone would pathetically look to the Internet for help. What does he have to lose?

I kind of feel him, two month ago I was fired from a good job close to my home, good pay and benefits. I got lucky and last month i found a job, close one dollar extra, but before I found it i was really depressed.

I was under pressure, i needed my servsafe or i was going to be demoted or fired if i didn’t pass the exam. The kitchen supervisor was giving me warnings and giving me attitude for the smallest things. One night i was alone on the line and i got rush and family’s where visiting. I got careless and i said to myself “i hope this people die” and one of the servers gave a complain and i got fired. Was it my fault, yes i don’t deny it. But i think they would have fired me regardless if i said it or not.

So, genuine questions. What gender is that person? I ask because I thought it might be a man because of their voice. And then I thought it might be a woman, because of their voice. Other question, is this for real? I have never acted like that at any point over anything in my LIFE! I found out, my mom had died, my fiance had died, and then my husband died. NEVER ACTED LIKE THIS! And I've been fired 3 times.
