Screwing around in Dungeondraft.

This is supposed to be a basement in a Guardhouse building in a small hamlet.

The idea is prisoners get "stored" here temporarily before they get sent to the bigger villages, towns or cities for sentencing.

The chests in front of each cell are to store the prisoners' personal belongings.

Each cell also gets its own poop bucket so that it's easy to maintain.

While creating this, I got the idea, "This would make a decent starting point for a campaign."

This set is based on the world of Elden Ring, specifically Volcano Manor. I have been spending a lot of time in the game lately while working on another project and have been getting the itch to make some ER inspired battlemaps.

I have made sure that even if you are not familiar with Elden Ring, these maps can be a great addition to your game, and for those of you who are hopefully it contains some fun Easter Eggs!

This is the cover art map for my new Royal Hall asset pack, which was inspired by the absolutely wonderful architecture and colour palette of Royal Albert Hall in London, UK. The map was made with Dungeondraft and makes extensive use of Moulk's Soft Shadows mod. No AI involved.

Ancient Array — 48x36

An underground research facility and archive built by an ancient civilization that understood magical energies in ways that modern civilizations could barely comprehend. Arcane infrastructure has been combined with strange, almost biological technology, creating a place that feels very different from a traditional magical ruin.

The Array has been buried for centuries, with only a small tower-like structure remaining above ground. Inside, old lights still glow throughout the halls, while a cavern that has broken into the facility has developed an ecosystem of its own.

The complex still contains an old dormitory, an archive filled with shattered recording crystals, a strange device connected to somewhere deeper within the facility, and a containment area where experiments of unknown purpose were once conducted.

At the heart of the Array is the sensory tree. Still alive after centuries, its roots stretch far beyond the facility, allowing it to sense magical energies and other phenomena across an enormous distance.

I originally designed the Ancient Array for one of my own worlds, but I could easily see something like this working as a Netherese research site in the Forgotten Realms.
