Characters who give off a certain vibe. Such as skeevy, disturbing, or slimy. People just wouldn't want to associate with.

Strength: The story has an extremely cohesive and complex plot that makes excellent use of spatial wordbuilding, sci-fi, and fantasy elements, accompanied by excellent storytelling and causal connections between characters and mysteries.

Weakness: Especially in the finale, many ideas and characters were compressed and needed more time to build tension and consequences.

I recognize that many fans have harshly criticized Witch's return to Universe 0, but for me, Mashima could have exploited a great opportunity that was already on the table, and the knowledge of this makes her return even more hasty and poorly handled. As we know in the first chapters, on San Jewel, Homura had refused to rebuild Valkirie, because even if she had Valkirie's memories and body, she wouldn't have had the same emotions as the original Valkirie. And I would make the same point for Witch: Mashima had the opportunity to create a new life for Witch in Universe 0, and force Shiki to decide whether to let her go and accept that his witch no longer exists.
