BUG I've noticed some bad things lately
I have been using the dev version mainly and also have the standard as a fallback, I'm not sure you can get rid of it without that batch tool but anyways, the windows 11 mica effects are gone from the taskbar, its just all black.
I like to use edge, I think it's stable as it's built into the OS but it has the best support for PWAs that I'm aware of. It's especially useful for things like youtube, it treats it like an app and allows you to have tabs in any PWA which is much better than how other browsers handle it with separate windows.
Has anyone else noticed this? I'm considering going back to chrome just for the gemini integration, which reminds me of the other bad thing - copilot. What the fuck happened? The UI completely changed, it's one voice and I get about 4 vocal interactions with it per day. It's brown...I can't imagine a free version being so limited, so that's why I'm thinking it might be a bug or something.
I'm using a surface pro 11 with a copilot key dedicated on my egregiously expensive snap on keyboard. I know it wasn't a guarantee that I'd be getting unlimited copilot use but that was one of the selling points of the device and there was no mention of subscription, I think that happened after they merged EVERYTHING into 365.
So yeah, just wondering if anyone else has noticed this bullshit or is everyone actually paying to use 365? I just use web version of word in outlook and I'm happy with that but they're probably gonna take that away too.
Makes me think that they really put too much into openai to a degree that actually put a dent in their infinite money pool, because they are really treating the users like shit in a myriad of ways.
just wondering if anyone else is having a similar experience?
