Hello guys! Fairly new to this sub. Just wanted to ask for tips/ opinions/ or thoughts.

I am currently a regular employee earning 55,000 per month, pero sometimes can be maxed up to 60,000 if I render 8 hours OT for a month.

My current offer as a regular employee is between 55k - 62k monthly, plus 13th month and other statutory benefits.

My offer with IC is 70,000 + 10,000 night pay, plus one time bonus of 80,000 (If my performance is satisfactory and paid after a year)

Both are WFH.
