Love this purchase, at 5k miles for $4,900.
I plan on putting a full system exhaust on.

I "tried" to do a wheelie for the first time and it went like this:

2° gear, 4-5k rpm, going like 40km/h, grabs clutch, revs a bit more to like 7k rpm and then dump the clutch, big ass f* clank sound, no wheelie was poped and after 30 seconds of silence trying to listen if something is broke now, I came to the conclusion that everything is making the same sounds as before the *clank* so, I guess everything is good so I go home.

Chain tension is checked and set as manual says, the bike is a 35kw restricted 2019 with only 6.000km.

This was a week ago and I tried a couple times more on my way to workwas during this week, no more big *clanks* but also no wheelies yet.

Was the *clank* normal or I'm missing something?

Long story short I was riding home from work and noticed my right side frame slider was completely gone so I went to go take the left side out to match up the bolt well anyways the left frame slider bolt was completely loose and bolt holes weren’t lined up so I jacked the motor up a hair threaded the new bolt in and torqued to spec but ever sense I’d had like a up and down shaking around 100mph I took both wheel weights off and now it’s better but Its still shaking a little bit the bike was completely fine no vibration and super smooth while those bolts are loose so now I’m completely stuck google ai tells me to inspect the clutch for play but I feel like it would be a lot worse if the clutch basket was wobbling around any advice is really appreciated

Is anyone else’s chain loud going down the road I got a 2015 with 19k miles put a new chain on 2k miles ago the sprockets look fine chain is tightened to speck but just seems really loud to me even after putting lube on

I bought my 2015 fz-07 a few months ago and the last owner said the bike was lowered but he did know how it was lowered and I’m trying to figure if it has a lowering link or if the preload was adjusted to just make the bike sag more. I want the bike back to stock height as the lowered was nice to have the extra safety of putting my feet down easier but the stock height would fit my riding style as well as prevent frequent bottom outs. I have pictures of the shock and linkage if anyone can give me some advice that would be sweet.

Hey guys, I have a 2016 fz07. The previous owner put the m4 slip on. The issue I’m running into is that the clamps are constantly rattling and there’s slowly more and more play between the exhaust where it was cut. Can I just weld it together at this point? I don’t feel like calling m4 for a replacement clamp is even worth it at this point.

So while messing with my throttle tube, I accidentally broke off the peg that keeps the throttle cable housing from moving while accelerating. Is there a way around this or am I fucked and just have to buy a new housing?

Just wondering what sport touring tires people were running. Have Bridgestone S23s on now. Got them for a great deal so I tried them out. Were fantastic but I don’t get to ride on twisty roads enough for them. Centre is worn out and I need to replace the tires. Sport touring would be the smarter option for my usual use for the bike of riding to work and very occasionally fun roads.

2015 2k miles never tracked or stunted. Led lights all around. Tail tidy. Apo carbon exhaust. Corbin seat. Brand new tires still has stickers. Garage kept. Brand new lithium battery. Not sure what to ask im in long island ny

My first two bikes were shaft driven Viragos, so this FZ07 is my first chain drive. Should I spray the chain with wax before every ride or is something else more ideal?
Also, no, I don’t know what happened to the original front wheel lol

So I've been thinking about installing a round headlight on my FZ and learned that I may have to take off the plastic fork covers to install it. Does anyone have any tips for removing them? I have no experience with taking the forks apart and don't want to mess something up.

Just wanted to follow up on the clutch line routing in case anyone else runs into the same confusion as I did. Routed it behind the headlight alongside the rest of the wiring harness as recommended and it looks and feels much cleaner. Appreciate the help!
